Game crashes frequently and not able to play after latest up, rewards not given for multiple events , 2 weeks to get a reply from support, the new update with “fixes” is even worse than before. Multiple players cheating and taking advantage of exploits.

Turns out the server leaders work for the company. I was able to verify that the server leader could not have won certain events statistically unless he was able to bend the rules to his favor. Spending money would not have enabled the person to win the events. So, if you want to play the game to build up characters go ahead. If you want to advance to the server leader or win events you won’t be able to do it. The server leaders have more than one account to maintain control. This game is not recommended if you are a competitive person.

Ima just make a list of stuff good/bad :

Pros:
Constant updates to the game
New content pushed out
F2P Friendly (somewhat)
Decent variety of events both pve/pvp

Cons:
The constant updates slowly make the game less F2P friendly
They never fix bugs
Game will constantly crash/freeze
Game has become a massive grind fest with limited rewards for stuff
Devs don’t care about players and only want money
Events are all unoriginal
Events are never timed properly so they overlap with each other (example : 2 power boost events will never be on the same day even if it’s on multiple days in a row)
Events give horrendous rewards

TLDR: Game has more downsides to upsides Probly best to avoid this 1 unless u wanna waste money.

I founded an alliance for my kid and I and then made it open to anyone, since most were closed off. I get sidetracked by a medical issue for a couple weeks and I come back to someone else as an alliance leader and I'm so blocked in the alliance I can't report anyone even. The new leader has made no one an officer and allows nothing to happen. I'd report it but there is no obvious customer service. I was inactive for less than 30 days, so still within the rules

1. Its an ok game if you dont take it do seriously and find an active alliance if you cant afford to be a whale and spend $$$ competing with people dropping thousands of dollars.
2. Really would suggest a way to navigate the base without force merging buildings and troops.
3. Expedition stages seem bugged where even if you have a good rune setup, troop counters and heros upgraded the AI still hits you 4-5 times with fury skill before your army attacks once.
4. For PVP killing event it is diffcult to search for people through out the world map.

Loved this game for how easy it was to level up and how fun it was to play… Unfortunately, there are numerous constant glitches and coming soon features that never get resolved, and customer care does not respond to any attempts to resolve them. WORST OF ALL: There is no system for reporting players and no limits or Balance whatsoever. This game is overrun by clans of players who make new accounts on every new server, bully the new players into submission or quitting the game, and prepare for war by constantly destroying anyone new. There are no restrictions or reporting options in place to stop them and again, customer care does not respond to any attempts to reach them.

Don't bother wasting your time with the few weeks that the game is fun it is a pay to win game it is another garbage game like lords mobile clash of clans and the rest of them if you don't have a bunch of money to drop you're not gonna get anywhere and it's nothing like the preview you saw so don't waste your time

Here’s my review, the game is a dud…it wasn’t well thought out before it’s release…we are obviously the beta players… or Guinea pigs for lack of a better comparison…and it’s sad because a few of us are still holding out hope for a massive upgrade…however, I believe, based on past results, we will be disappointed…I’m thinking of moving on…I guess I’m drinking the kool-aid… because I’m still hanging around and hoping, yes hoping for a massive improvement.

You will constantly be picked on by people all the time other games they call this bullying because you can’t attack just one person suppose to attack everyone which they don’t I asked people around to see if they have been hit and it was me and one other guy I’m level 45 the other guy level 23 the guys that attacked us two were level 70 so fun can’t even move forward because of this and they have a force teleport it don’t work because I haven’t been forced teleported at all and this guy hit my castle 5 times by the same person hope they fix it on that part but other then that I’m having a decent time grinding nothing is to hard other then trying to find people that play there are a lot of afk people on the map wish we could remove a lot of them too they half to take up 20% of the map there is so many of them

It’s been 14 hours now and… nothing. No message from the development team, no new update with a fix or at least, reverse changes to prior versions even though they were issues with invisible elite troops plus snowflakes not being credited (I was missing 750 snowflakes before the game stopped working) from the event after paying the $9.99 pack. I really hope that the dev team is going to improve their testing and CI/CD pipeline before pushing faulty updates.

On the plus side the game is pretty cool and fun, good UI but the bugs and the limitations (you are stuck at level 80 and cannot upgrades buildings, troops, etc. pretty fast though the research helps a bit) brings down the score from 3-4 stars to only 2 stars at this stage. Looking forward to fixes and improvements. And a $9.99 credit if I cannot play the game and use my pack for a few days !

Servers die quickly because you have to spend big money to grow. If you don’t you won’t be able to compete. I’m in server 25 and it’s basically dead. If you’re looking for a fun game that will last more than a month, download something else.

The game is great but it definitely isn’t like the advertisements we see on Facebook, instagram and in the photos posted on InfinityClan Store. Definitely needs some upgrades, like it be nice that if you turn on auto rally, it stays on. It would also be useful to turn off the timers for upgrades like the expansion upgrades and things like that. If you have the money to be able to donate to the upgrades, we should be able to use them.

The amount of time that I have to wait for my stuff to be trained is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to wait hours, even days for my stuff to be trained. There’s honestly more waiting than game play. Also things are way to bloody expensive. I can’t keep up with the prices of money I have to pay to train things.

I love the game but come on. We need a server merge at some point. The inactivity is killing this game and it’s discouraging people i to quitting. I like the game and all don’t get me wrong but I just bought an Apple gift card so I can buy some of the packages in the game but low and behold it won’t let me use it. I have tried several times to use the Apple gift card and it wouldn’t work. Can someone tell me why it doesn’t work or why it doesn’t want to go through? I don’t mind spending money but since I can’t purchase anything with my Apple gift card I give it 3 stars instead of 5 stars.

Saw it in an add and thought it was gonna be like all the other games that are filled with adds and is really annoying but it’s really not bad. Haven’t seen a single add either and the game is pretty fun and addicting

Why are there so many crashes on apple devices? Not happy. Developers need to ensure product works constantly on each platform. Very upset and upsetting. Losing time and characters because of poor development on apple device.

Can you please do something about the inactive players? Over 50% of my server is inactive. I don’t want to have to keep creating new accounts on different servers to enjoy the game. Literally anything you could delete the accounts after 2 week-1 month or something. Or move everyone who is inactive for a while to the same server. I don’t know but get rid of them so new people can come. Please! Im begging you! I love the game but it is driving me crazy!!! 🙏🏻😭

This game is a lot of fun! Getting with a good clan. I am maxed out at 80 and can’t build anymore troops and can’t expand.

Please expand move to make people keep playing or I’ll have to hang it up.
