- The app uses images from the official Anki app to increase legitimacy, which can be misleading.

- The app claims to work on desktop, but it does not work with the official Anki client.

- The official website for the app gives a 404 page not found error.

- The app is a copy of Anki and is not as good as the original. Many reviews have pointed out that it is a fake app.

To resolve Anki Pro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Anki Pro App
1. On android, goto Settings » Anki Pro » click [Force Stop]

Clear Anki Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Anki Pro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Anki Pro.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Anki Pro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Anki Pro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Anki Pro
