Hi, I made a purchase of $178 yesterday (may 18, 2023) it never gave me the option to split. I logged into my account at different times. The message: Your available to fund amount is unavailable. Or sometimes is said: PENDING. I un-installed & re-installed the debit+ app. Still same problem. Not it says: "purchases older than 24 hours can't be split" But I was never allowed to split it. It never let me split the purchase. So I called customer service. I have a help center case. Case ID Number:20753056 It is currently pending. The purchase was not over 24 hours. I was trying to split it within 30 minutes. Now it is over 24 hours. Today may 19th, 2023 I made another purchase at HOME DEPOT. $190 and the same thing. Says the available to split amount is currently unavailable. Please help. Thank u
When I launch the. Debit + app all I get is a blank white screen. I tried the suggested fixed but they didn't solve the problem.
