Force Stop the QWatch Pro App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click QWatch Pro app. » click "Force Stop".

Update QWatch Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QWatch Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "QWatch Pro app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch QWatch Pro.
