I have been waiting over 2 weeks for my withdrawal to process and despite the fact I have submitted all required documentation and screenshots I have yet to receive a response from anyone but the bot and that is when I actually get a response since most of my messages have been deleted without reply.

1. On android, goto Settings » Bingo Golden » click [Force Stop]

Update Bingo Golden to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Bingo Golden App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Bingo Golden » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Bingo Golden.

Fix Bingo Golden unable to contact server/ Bingo Golden internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Bingo Golden » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Bingo Golden » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
