My wife ordered something. She had to cancel it because they don’t know how to switch from pick up to delivery. They told her they’d give her a store credit. She went for the store credit and they person waited until closing time to waste all the time to talk to her. She asked to speak to a manager and they wouldn’t give her a manager to speak to. This is a disgrace of a company to steal money because they have incompetent employees that can’t do their job correctly. My wife ordered a new order because she was hungry and the person handed her a bag and the drink was already open and had some taken out of the bottle. And the customer service isn’t even available to fix the issue.

Más de dos horas para asignar un conductor. Al ordenar para recoger en el restaurante siempre hay que hacer fila y esperar para que le tomen la orden.

Training and vision for customer service is lacking in this app. Downloaded it in Honduras and it used to be good, now it’s just ‘lame’. I have no other word that describes it better. The app, drivers and customer service overall through their help service is upsetting.
