Super buggy and never gave points

The app was broke for a whole 2 days at homecoming weekend. Lost out on the football game points but also the punch card points for attending all games, totals around 1000 points. I’m assuming they don’t want to give the points back because it’s too much free stuff they weren’t expecting. No help area or place to contact someone. Not a good app.
