I have tried a variety of different apps. But this one is perfect. There are no issues, glitches or anything. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

So many ads I counted every 5 buttons there’s an ad the rewind hardly works and since it doesn’t work you have to manually scroll back which takes forever because the absurd amount of ads half of the actions that the remote is supposed to preform are pay walled just download the one by roku it’s easier

I use my cell phones hotspot to run my Roku TV which it runs it perfectly. I purchased the “Roku remote” for $20 that downloads to your phone and I go to turn the power on to my Roku tv and it says I need toConnect to Wi-Fi . I have hotspot on my phone that works for three or four devices at the same time but I can’t run the remote . ridiculous.

Way too many ads you can’t even push a different button without ads will not allow you to power off without paying for a subscription Easy to install but worst remote app ever

TVRemote is great but the DISCOVER AD is COMPLETE TRASH. You can’t even click the X in the top right corner. Would’ve been 5 stars but that is a jag off spot for it to be.

It is literally a remote app why should we have to pay for it?? We gotta pay money to be able to turn it down ? That’s ridiculous.

i’m scrolling and it’s annoying to get hit with an ad every time i press down 3-4 times. pointless ad because i just keep skipping it so why show the same ad over and over 😒

TVRemote doesn’t let you cancel it and charges $20 a month

Would rate 5 stars if it weren’t for all the adds! I wouldn’t even mind a couple hear and there but I can’t even change the channel without an add.

The reason I think TVRemote is very nice to have is because if you lost your remote or it broke you can just use TVRemote when your playing your phone at night so you can easily switch through shows and watch tv.

So I had technical issues but they could have been me and my equipment? I’ve finally set it up to work and I’m very happy with TVRemote! Def more options than what are on my actual remote. But it does keep loosing my wifi

There were so many advertisements I could not use the remote. After 30 minutes of trying to enter my password for different things I said screw it. TVRemote is terrible I only need the remote for a couple days until my daughter brings mine back. She accidentally moved with it. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Lost remote, but found this one, and it’s even better than the one I lost. And even when I found the other remote, I still use this one!

I misplaced my roku remote while moving. A friend told me about an app I could download on my phone for free. My cell phone acts just like the remote when I click on TVRemote . It’s awesome!!

It’s not enough that my remote control isn’t working after only 2 years — but now after downloading the Roku remote app it barely works. YES my phone is connected the internet… YES my tv is on and connected to the internet and it still doesn’t work. Why is the stupid company charging to use an app that should be free AND IT DOESN’T WORK. Save your money and don’t buy a Roku TV… REMOTE… nothing

I downloaded TVRemote to use but then found the actual controller. Didn't even get to connect TVRemote to the television and i forgot to unsubscribe being busy with three kids. Cancelled it day of charge. Not able to contact company to see if it will cancel the payment.

I have a Roku tv with a lost remote. The tv has never been used before. I plugged the tv in and it wants to be set up. I downloaded TVRemote to use the remote to set up the tv, but it won’t work unless your tv is already set up. I don’t know what to do now. How can I get my tv on my Wi-Fi if the remote app won’t work on it????

I think that it is amazing but I hate how some thing you need to pay for can y’all make some stuff free like picking what app you want to go to by the phone please and thank you over all I think its pretty good

Most of the buttons do not work and there is continuous advertisement every second. Makes it almost impossible to use TVRemote for more than 5 seconds.

TVRemote don’t work , I have asked for my money back and I haven’t received it . I was supposed to have a free three day trial period . They took my money straightOut of my Apple iPad have not received any word about myUnsatisfaction !I do not even want to get one star but have to but it’s not worth a tiny point of a star

There is no voice button on the Roku remote control, presumably to force people to download TVRemote and buy a subscription. Now I can’t find the voice control button in TVRemote even after paying the subscription fee.

I’ve spent so much money on the physical remotes and beyond tired of that so fingers crossed this doesn’t crap out me. Other than that so far I love it

I absolutely love this Roku tv remote. It’s awesome and so easy to use. My mom gets mad because I can operate the tv from my phone so she can’t tirn the volume down on her own. She has to ask me. I love it! 😂🫶🏾

I gave this a 4 out of 5 star rating because I'm hopeful it will enhance my TV connection. Every time I open TVRemote , I have to wait to locate my TV for connection, and it takes quite a while to load and connect.

Best remote I ever used. It’s truly amazing that I barely use my tv remote because it’s constantly getting lost lol. TVRemote gives me no problems at all whatsoever. I definitely highly recommend to use this ruku remote app.

I understand this generates revenue but keeps allowing advertising multiple times before you really decide on what to watch. I have bought a few Roku T.V’s the remotes fail so use TVRemote what is worse flooding TVRemote with advertising or keep buying remotes 🤐

If you are like me you are getting this because you forgot your remote.
Well I’m order to use this your Roku must first be connected.
So let’s say you brought your Roku on vacation and forgot your remote. Without a remote you cant put your Roku on the internet because you need the remote to click through the settings. And you can’t use this remote unless your Roku is connected to said internet!!

No reason to purchase this what’s so ever!!

Cool app since my dog chewed my remote to the point I can’t use it. Just hate that we have to pay for this when it should b me free after purchasing the tv.

Very good for if you loose your remote instead of ordering a new stick and hdmi setup this is a quick easy fix and it works great practically like the remote itself on your phone and maybe you’ve gotten more used to this then the actual remote itself which it’s very useful for

TVRemote simply does not work reliably. You only download it because the original remote that ships with the TV breaks. To add insult to injury you download TVRemote, you get charged a subscription and then it doesn’t work. This is the definition of a scam. Don’t download it. For those that have, perhaps we should start a class action lawsuit.

Question.. if one can not turn their tv on because their remote is lost. Then how are they expected to turn it on so that TVRemote can connect to it?.. I’m using a Roku, one of several that don’t have manual on and off buttons. A remote is needed. And since TVRemote only works for tvs with manual buttons on it, I’ll just have to go buy a new Roku remote.
Might want to add to y’all’s description that TVRemote only works if ur tv is already on. Would’ve saved time and bad reviews.

Awesome to have on your phone am constantly missing place remote or taking to use on other devices but I always have my phone.

I needed a remote immediately and there’s so much ease in using this remote. I like it a lot. Too lazy to buy another one so that it can get lost by my 2 year old.

The reason I gave it a 3 star is because every time I use it about 20 seconds after, I get adds and no other app I’ve had does I don’t understand but it gets the job done when needs but the ads are too much

Works with all our tv’s and even our firestick. My husband has so many apps on our main television and I can easily use the remote on my phone to select out of my favorites

It’s not really that good because there’s no turn up volume. I don’t know there’s no turn up volume no turn down there’s only mute on there, so that’s why I give it a four star. Anyways, I love it.
