I am SO tired of the pause button popping up and interrupting me when I’m playing a song !! My finger won’t even be remotely close to the pause button but SUPERSTARATEEZ still decided to interrupt me with it because it thinks I’m clicking it. It’s interrupted me SSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO many times that I don’t enjoy playing the game anymore. I LOVE Ateez and want to continue supporting them through the game but the pause button has me seriously thinking about dropping SUPERSTARATEEZ . I can’t enjoy the game anymore because of this anymore. I’ve tried whipping my screen completely clean, literally clearly an inch away from the pause button, and SUPERSTARATEEZ still pauses the game for me 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m so tired of it, I can’t anymore

I’ve been playing this game and enjoying ever since it was first released. I’ve had no issues and spent so much time completing missions and collecting cards. But today I went on to play and it signed me out, I tried to sign in and it says my account is invalid?? It ended making me create a new account and now all of my data is gone. All of the cards I’ve earned (which was a LOT and limited edition ones ☹️) were gone. All of the points and stars I earned are gone too. I’m honestly so upset seeing as how much time I spent for this game. Can you please return my account or tell me how to retrieve it?

why did superstar have to be the one to produce ateez’s game???? i adore ateez (hence, the two stars as opposed to just one), but the application has a reoccurring issue where it will give you a MISS on notes where you undoubtedly clicked the correct key which screws you over on missions. on the topic of missions, they’re incredibly repetitive (get on rhythm hive’s level) and the reward distributions are far from proportional. it will give you a card pack of ten for some missions, and then, for others, only gift you 3,000 rhythm points (which literally gets you no where). the card power-up system could also use A LOT of work, not to mention the way it eats through your rhythm points and puts you in a position where you have like a million cards, but an insufficient number of rhythm points to power them up. this game clearly only favors people who are willing to put actual cash into it - we’ve been known - and it’s just all so frustrating because it feels like it should be *fixable.* not a bad game, just could use a lot of improvement.

I have been playing Superstar rhythm games for over a year and there has always been one issue I find irritating the most. I still don’t understand how and why after a certain time playing, even though I’ve linked and signed in my account, when I start the game to play it will just appear the starting screen for new players. Then, either I lose my account and have to play with a new one, or I am able to to log in with my account but have to go through ridiculous and complicated steps. I had just lost my SS ATEEZ account AGAIN. I’ve even lost TWO other accounts (one in SS LOONA and one in SS JYP). And I KNOW this isn’t a me problem, I saw my friends AND many people on the internet complain about this issue. Yet there were simple responses such as “try to find your account by asking Dalcomsoft to send you this”, “if you still can’t find your account following these steps, your only choice is to accept it”,… NONE of the responses comes from Dalcomsoft, absolutely NO explaination as to HOW and WHY some people just lose their account so suddenly. By losing our accounts that way, our efforts go to waste, our money goes to waste, every data in that account just evaporates, isn’t it ridiculous? I need a response to this AND an explanation in detail.

I’ve been playing this game for over a year and I have to say, it’s the best rhythm game that I have ever played. I’ve had no problems with it up until now. I recently won an event and was told to send an email to the superstar ateez team with instructions on how to claim my prize and get it sent to me. I did this and followed the instructions to perfection, and they sent me a follow up email saying that it should deliver in about 3 weeks. Well, it’s been over a month now and I’ve sent countless emails trying to get an update about why I’ve received no follow up emails from them about my prize getting delivered. I’m sad and disappointed because I love this game so much, but something like this has made me want to stop playing. Especially when the prize I won was one that I could only get by entering a paid raffle. If anyone from the Superstar Ateez team sees this, please contact me via email. Open the inbox, you will see the many emails I have sent, and reply to one. For fellow atinys, I highly encourage playing this game! However, be careful and hesitant when entering raffles and giveaways. Their support team is not great at reaching out in case something goes wrong. UPDATE: My prize has still not arrived, or even shipped for all I know. I am very frustrated, and rightfully so. It has been over 2 months since I won. I’ll update this late once I know more.

I love this game so much and play everyday, but there are a 2 things that could be better. First being hard mode. While I get you want us to get a perfect score to get three stars, it’s almost impossible to get 3 stars without a miss. Easy and intermediate mode I totally get, but hard mode, only a tiny percent of us can get 3 stars on all of the songs. I feel like you’re asking for a lot there. One song being star 1117. I almost have it every time but miss 1-3 notes. Although it is one of the easiest songs for hard mode I feel like if you miss a few notes it shouldn’t effect how many stars you get because it’s a much harder level. 2nd being headphones. While I’m glad you can get them after a certain amount of minutes or challenges I hate running out and watching ads just to get one more headphone. Besides that I love the game and hope to give it that extra star one day.

Okay I’m going to be honest. I’m normally not good at rhythm games like this because my brain is too slow. But this game is somewhat different than the other superstar games. I feel like the transition from easy to normal to hard is a lot smoother than in other games so I was able to adjust to the speed a lot better, making it much more enjoyable for me.

My only gripe I have is that, unlike the other superstar games, there isn’t an option to sell the cards that you want to get rid of in exchange for RP. You basically have to use it to level up and end up using all the RP you have just to get rid of the cards. Plus the inventory space is not big and I can’t make it any bigger because I’ve hit the max so I wish they would add that in the next update so I can free up space and get more RP from it without having to use diamonds.

I love this game so so much! It’s so fun collecting cards and working on building their power. My only issue is how it’s impossible to complete any of the events as a free player. I think it’s insane that we have to pay to get new backgrounds and profile pics! I don’t understand it, even if they made it considerably hard to complete the events to where we had to grind for it, I would completely be okay with that! Having to pay takes away a lot of the fun, but I still love ateez so I’ll continue to play. Please consider making events and profile pics attainable…

This is a great game and I have a lot of fun playing it! That being said, I think that hard mode is waaaayyy to difficult! In fact, I think their is way to big a difference in all the levels. Easy is like super baby mode, normal is hard for someone that has never played the superstar games before but it’s a good mode! Hard is just…inhuman…like is it physically possible for a human to even do some of these songs on hard mode?

Other than that it’s really fun, I love the challenges and the fact that you can upgrade cards to another type!

I love it but I took off one star because I really hate this one thing they started doing which are the Full versions of songs. The full versions of songs (especially for a hard song like pirate king) are way too long and it gets boring to play it for that long. I’m 21 and my attention span doesn’t stay on for that long, so knowing that most of the players are teenagers or kids, I don’t know why someone would add full versions of songs. Please never do that again, it is the worst feature of the game.

There’s a good amount of songs, it’s super fun, and it isn’t too difficult. Just challenging enough for it to be fun! I’m talking about normal level tho lol I can’t do hard. Also, collecting the in-game currency isn’t too difficult so it doesn’t force you to make in app purchases like some games do. It’s so great!! My only complaint is that if you do want to make in app purchases, everything is seriously expensive. But it’s absolutely not necessary and I have a blast playing
Update: I would also like to add that the support team is amazing. When I sent an email about an issue I had, I got a response within a couple hours and it was resolved immediately. Super helpful and they are very quick!

See I loved this game but a while back I stopped playing after something happened. eventually over time I forgot why I stopped playing. I go back into today to play again. And I rembered why. Cause I can’t. Hear. The. Music. This whole game is based upon rhythm and music. If I can’t hear it what’s the r point in playing l. Now I’ve updated the game, and looked in sound settings to see it was something in the settings but my settings are right. I’m giving this 3 stars because it’s a great game!!! And I love the leagues and competition and challenge but not being able hear the music is a major downer and makes SUPERSTARATEEZ totally unappealing.

In love with the game but it glitches out occasionally when I’m watching an ad. Once I click the x, it kicks me out of the game. I’m not sure why but I hope it gets fixed :)

Hard mode seemed insurmountable before but now, as I’m playing in that speed more and more, I find it a lot easier! Only a few songs like Wonderland, Thanxx, etc are left with two stars because they are a bit too hard but after I practice more, I will surely be able to overcome them like I did with the ones that were hard before!

I been a fan of ATEEZ such a long time and so glad this came out but after I don’t come back to SUPERSTARATEEZ after a while it restarts my whole game like new cards new everything and I don’t really know if it’s just me but again that’s only one thing I don’t really like about this game it DOSENT really save all of my progress after not coming back after a few months bc I have been busy and couldn’t play the game bc of how busy I am but when I come back to the game after a few months or so it dose not save my whole progress the first time I joined the game it came out and I become really upset about how it restarted the whole progress I had in the beginning when the game came out thank you and I really enjoyed the game a lot

I’m a big fan of this game and I really enjoy playing it, but it’s been almost two months since I started struggling with login in, the timer doesn’t work well, and when I’m on the card inventory and I’m trying to reach a S card, it takes me out of SUPERSTARATEEZ and I have to start all over again (I have to uninstall and then installing it again), and log again into SUPERSTARATEEZ and it’s super annoying

Putting it simply, given sufficient diamonds where it’s still playable and fun for users who don’t want to spend real money on the game, game modes are a fair difficultly for me, cards are rewarding even when they’re duplicates (love the merging and level-up), good features and events that actually incline you to get on and play for a decent amount of time. I admire the game design and recommended it to a family member! Feels like an overly perfect story saying all of this but bear with me since it’s the truth. They appreciate ATEEZ more and is almost an ATINY now.

First thing was i didn’t hear no sound of the game but if you turn off your silent mode u can hear the game sounds. This game requires fast wifi or signal since it needs updating regularly. Everything works awesome since I changed from my phone to my iPad for the bigger screen. Also I recommend making a dalcom id you can transfer all your data to different devices with no problem. Enjoy the game to the fullest & keep supporting Ateez atiny!!

It has it all. The events are fun to do and there’s always new events to ensure that you don’t get bored and that there’s always something to do. The gane is fun even if you’re bad at it, it’s not of those games that only gets fun once you get good. The songs are very well balanced and the hardest songs are extremely hard but not that hard when it becomes boring and you rage. The competition is also fun and collecting cards excites me. I used to have an old account where I had it all and I lost it, and even when I started a new one it was fun. Building everything from scratch again was fun, but I do miss my old account. However, the new account eventually became better than the old one in terms of cards and money but the OG is always best🤍 The game is amazing, the songs are amazing, the pictures and cards are absolutely stunning and I love that the ATEEZ members also play this game so there’s always that chance that you might have to face one of the members in the weekly competition. Amazing game

I love this game and I’m so glad there’s finally a version for Ateez. Collecting and powering up cards is really fun (except R cards … why is it so expensive🥲) and I really like the mapping for a lot of the songs. Dazzling Light and Horizon are SO fun to play.

My only complaint is the fact that some title tracks are missing, as well as a lot of their B-sides. Like … WHERE IS THE LEADERS AND THANXX??? Those songs would be so good for this game. *slides $20 bill across table* Hopefully more songs are added soon 😛.

I new to the game and I always wanted to try this game but Ihaven’t even got to play not even once because everytime I log into the game I keep getting kicked out I don’t know if it’s my iPhone that’s acting up or it’s the game that’s need to be fix so I just wanted to put that out there that the game keeps on kicking me out everytime I tried to log into the game.. It takes me to the loading screen but then it’s just kicks me out pls fix that bug or if it’s not the game then I’ll see if it’s my phone that’s acting up
