So I had signed in with my Facebook account way before the dalcom id thing came into existence and I had so many amazing cards a lot were R cards like the miracles in December for exo I almost had them all but one and the R cards for I think Love shot by exo but one and I also had the special editions ones that you can't get now I had a lot of very great cards for the group's and they were for the theme I wanted and they are all gone same with the R and S cards I had and the special edition ones all cause of them taking Facebook away as a login and I lost everything and I spent a lot of money on this game too I swear if this has happened to superstar jyp I will be even more upset and angry they need to bring it back for login for Facebook I want all my cards back and everything I had ad well like all of the headphones I had I literally had a lot of them and the diamonds as well this is literally so unfair and not right I am so angry at the moment because of this 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I’ve been playing the superstar games for a while and I really love them. Recently the game has been lagging a bit. What I mean is it counts notes either late (resulting in “good”) or not at all resulting in a miss even though i hit the note on time. I don’t know if anyone else has had this problem but it’s starting to become an issue. Also the rave gauge tends to drop levels during the song, I don’t know why it does that but if it could stop that’d be great cause it affects the overall score

Edit: so the game has still been lagging, not only in the weekly challenges but in the superstar as well. I uninstalled then reinstalled the game to try and fix this and I lost my place in the game, losing my standing and all my cards including multiple R cards even after signing in with my gmail account. Please someone fix this. My rank was Silver 2, rank 10 and had Rs for all artists except Suho. Complete R cards for Boa, Girls Generation, OhGG, Taeyeon, Shinee, and Jonghyun, and Red Velvet. One or 2 R cards for every other artist or group

idk i just got back into the superstar game series but with this specific game, everytime it finishes loading, it crashes and so i can’t play. this has been happening for months (reddit says since october of 2021, possibly earlier) but dalcomsoft seriously needs to fix this bc it is a huge issue preventing people from playing or even accessing the game. otherwise, it’s pretty fun and your standard superstar, i just like sm artists’ music the best out of kpop so i’m drawn to this one in particular. there’s a lot of money that you could spend if you wanted to the limited editions cards and stuff but for an f2p, just an R set with all the groups is just as good. i like how this version has vouchers for cards and also two types of leagues!

I love this game but I am really disappointed with the event missions. They are nearly impossible to complete without spending money. You have to collect the special cards to complete the missions, yet the cards cost about $10 to buy with diamonds and they’re given at random. In order to complete a mission for a 7 member group you’d have to spend about $70 and hope that they don’t give you doubles for the cards. I’d understand about $5-$10 to complete the missions but you will be spending hundreds if you want to complete them regularly. I want to keep playing but the people who are able to spend lots of money on this game have a ridiculously unfair advantage and you won’t get to the top charts without spending.

this game would be so much more fun and enjoyable if they didn't have so many unnecessary card categories. there's absolutely no reason for nct to have 12 different categories plus however many suju, exo, etc. have. it makes me not want to play because i know it'll take me at least 2 years or longer to get all the cards i would need to get decent scores. it's really frustrating because unless you're constantly diamonds or rhythm points to get card packs you'll never be able to get the cards you need in a reasonable amount of time. at the moment i can only play boa and jonghyun because those are the only ones i actually have decent cards for and even then i don't have all the cards i need. it's ridiculous and reminds me of why i deleted it the first time.

Alright, I love this game ! I’m hooked which is actually kinda rare when it comes to like ios games n stuff. Card upgrading is super easy, the songs are a lot of fun, stuff like that! It’s a super fun game you should definitely download ! But, I gave it 4 Stars (there was no 4.5 yikes) because some of the events are really unfair ): like their recent red velvet one requires you to spend actual money, u less you’ve really saved your diamonds. But, you can’t get their limited cards unless you have 800 diamonds which is a lot. I know the prize is a signed Red Velvet album but I just want the cute cards guys,,, also the events are kinda repetitive): like, obtain all the new cards then score 3,500,000 points. I liked the NCT event tho, where you had to play black on black part 1 & 2, that was nice. Idk, maybe I’m just being picky, but I wish the events were SLIGHTLY easier. Or affordable. I don’t mean like “get one c card and 60,000 points for 100 signed albums and 100M coins 🤪🤪” because that’s too easy, but something more achievable maybe :) otherwise, I really do love this game !! I’m on gold 3 right now ! Hopefully we get new pfps too JDJD sorry big rant :)))

I played this game since 2012. When I got a new phone, I didn't download SUPERSTARSMTOWN again and didn't play again about 3-4 years. This year, I downloaded SUPERSTARSMTOWN again and was surprised to find out my old account still works! (thank god!) I've been playing this game every day now, it's so addicting. I love the card upgrades. My only problem is that it's pretty hard to rank high since you're battling with so many skilled players.

I want to mention one important thing, please update songs from Jonghyun Poet Artist album. As a shawol, I think this is one of the best to way to honor Jonghyun's legacy, by maintaining a platform where fans can have fun playing his songs while enjoying his music at the same time.

as i was doing the new nct dream quests, i got to the one were you have to you beat “la la love” 2 times in normal mode, 3 stars.
i noticed that on the second try, a part if the note, told me that it missed, but didn’t reset the “perfect” in the middle of the screen, i have been trying to do this quest now for about an hour, and i cant beat the sing without that part of the note glitching out or something.
i do hit the note, and i dont really let go of it, since its the yellow note. Would ypu just do a favor and check it out and see if there is a possible glitch, if their isn’t than i must be horrible at placing my fingers or something.

It’s pretty fun, and it has a ton of songs to offer, and events all the time, so it can keep you going for awhile. However, I have two main issues.
1. It falls under the dreaded mobile game curse. Most mobile games have two currencies (this one diamonds and rhythm points) and at some point in time everything becomes very expensive and the only option to get lots of the main currency is to wait or to do repetitive tasks. This happens here. I have several cards I want to upgrade, but because of the high level, or because of not enough extra cards, I have to wait awhile to gather up rhythm points for not much payoff. It’s minor, but it is still a problem that would defiantly improve the experience in game.
•The different modes (easy, normal, and hard) and not always consistent. Some easy levels are more like normal levels, some normal levels are like easy or hard levels, and hard levels are sometimes normal or super hard. I know that songs are different, and require different things, but some levels are just out of the ordinary, and frustrating.

Other than those 2 things, I think it’s a pretty good game.

The game is good and all that but sometimes I would play songs and make points but my points don’t get higher it stays the same as before and it gets me upset cause I don’t waste my headphones for what? Sometimes it glitches and skips all the attendance and ad’s which sometimes isn’t good cause I may not get updated on what’s happening. Also the challenges they are sometimes hard and to buy the card packs and other stuff are sometimes higher or for the diamonds too. It also lags sometimes whenever I actually press the button it counts as miss cause supposedly I missed the buttons which I didn’t.

I love this game. I've been playing it for a while and I've noticed some recent changes that I'm not too fond of, and that's with the LE themes. It has gotten significantly harder to obtain these cards as you don't even get one in ur inbox anymore. I know other's are in the same sort of spot, and so I think it would be a wonderful addition to an event to make the major prize a C or B LE theme card of choice, rather than a R card selector or something. I know others have the same issue with spending so much money and diamonds on these themes and still end up with a card missing. I would love and greatly appreciate seeing something like this in a futute update.

This game is amazing and I’m glad it’s available on the US iTunes, but there’s something that always bothers me while playing this. The way that the cards are leveled up in the game is a system that I feel is unnecessary and complex. It makes it so it takes more effort to level up and upgrade and it also make you lose more cards than you want. In SuperStar BTS, it’s much more simpler: you chose the card you want to power up, you pick the cards you want to use, and then you level up the card. There is no chance that the card will fail and you’ll end up losing it. I think SuperStar SM needs to change to this system. Also the songs could be more organized so they’re easy to find and let’s add some actual missions to the game.

I love playing it and it’s so cool and fun!! I am really happy about having the different NCT eras, I really love that idea. I am kinda upset about not having WayV on there. Like where am I supposed to support WayV’s songs?! I really want them to add WayV because they are apart of NCT as a whole! It’s so sad not having them in the game. I would love if the next update had a WayV event for having them finally on the game! Like really! You can do all of the NCT eras for NCT 127, NCT U, and NCT Dream!! Like really?!! NCT U!! And not WayV?!!! I really want them to add WayV and then maybe they’ll get their 5 stars. Also some of the events are so unfair! Like how am I supposed to get 3 stars on hard mode 3 times, and get past 3,500,000 with one A card from the event? Like what?! Please fix the game and add WayV and make some of the events just a little bit easier.

I love this game, I do. I am just finding it very laggy when playing the songs and sometimes notes will be skipped over and counted as wrong. I find the lag very irritating and makes this game hard to play... The lag/ jerk like movement made is the only thing I have to say anything “bad” about. Yeah sure, searching for songs may be annoying at times but I found songs I didn’t know about yet or I heard them before but forgot the name. The set up definitely is different than SSBTS but I don’t find it that hard to use or get used to. Everything does seem a bit jumbled and all over the place whereas SSBTS set up is cleaner and organized better. The game does not lag until notes start showing. I have not had to force quit or had it close on me at all, which I appreciate. I will still play SSSM but until my game does not lag and miss notes anymore, my rating will stay at 4 stars for now. Thank you so much for making this game though. I enjoy playing SSSM. :)

The game is great and fun to play, it’s just annoying how after you play a song you don’t move up on the leaderboard. I’ve been stuck at 4,885,937 for 4 days now and I play at least 12 songs a day. Everyone else keeps moving up on the board how come I’m not when I’m getting 3-stars? And I complete all my daily and weekly missions yet still I don’t move up the board it’s kinda frustrating. Idk it just aggravates me whenever I go back and see many people passed me and I can’t pass even though I’m doing the same things they’re doing.

Also I’ve noticed that I can’t use all my c and b cards to upgrade my a,s, and r cards like I was able to before. I have all these b and c cards I don’t want and there’s no way to get rid of them. Even I click to sell all it only gets rid of the ones I just got, never the ones I previous had. That’s also annoying since they’re just taking up so much space for no reason please fix that

Upgrading cards and powering up cards can be a pain because the system is much more complicated. In SuperStar BTS you simply pick a card you would like to power up and chose cards to upgrade it. There’s no chance of failing an upgrade and losing the card. Honestly if their going to do that at all it should be with SuperStar BTS, as it’s based around one group and and you can recover the cards much easier than with SuperStar SMTown, where it’s based around many groups. Having played for about two months now, I still haven’t completed the card set for EXO or NCT, the ones I play more often, as to where in SuperStar BTS I had completed around four of their albums. A last thing would be to add missions and then the game would be complaint free from me.

this game is actually so great but i just want to write this review to let everyone know that if you have difficulty with the game or it keeps crashing, its NOT the game itself. this is a problem with your phone and its not something the developers can change. if SUPERSTARSMTOWN keepz crashing, that may be because of low storage. i have this game on two different devices (ipod 6th generation and iphone 7th generation) and it works extremely well on both, even though theyre old. there was a time period where it kept crashing but that was because of my phone storage. also remember that you need to stay logged in the apple account you used to download the game.

So, I play this game since June maybe, I play YG version since first day (one year) and what I like in SM version is that sometimes you can find limited cards in store. I bought a few limited cards from previous years there. And in this version cards upgrade is much chipper. Though amount of cards is impressive😅 Like in YG I have almost all cards and it is smaller amount than here where I don’t have a lot of limited cards…
But last few months this version stopped working with mobile data (4G), only with Wi-Fi. So days that I spend not at my apartment I can’t even do daily missions. Please fix this.

Okay this game is really addicting and fun but there’s just one problem that I have with the game it’s that the game crashes a LOT, I don’t know if I just have poor connection or the place I am in causes the game to crash but when the game crashes I’m on my last headphone, when I go back to the game my headphone has already been used so I had to wait minutes to get a headphone but when I play another game I realized my rank has dropped. Over all the game is very fun and I like playing it a lot when this problem is fixed I’ll rate it a 5 star game.

Right after I sent the review the game stopped crashing so now I can say that this game is my favorite game, 5 star.

Love this game so much! Extremely addictive for me and my friends (whom I recently convinced to get the game) and we are happily fulfilling the ongoing events.

However, for the 6th Anniversary Limited Theme Profiles, my friend gained all 3 BoA 6th Anniv. themed cards for the current event from the 30 packs but didn’t gain the limited BoA profile picture set. When they opened the 6th Anniversary Special Profile Event banner, the game said they had 2/3 of the cards but in their card book, the three 6th Anniv. limited BoA cards were visibly listed and could be equipped for a level 3 theme bonus. My friend was really trying to get the BoA limited profile pictures.

I’m not sure if someone else already reported it or that’s what the server maintenances are for or idk how it works, but I hope this gets patched soon and I will gladly change my review to 5 stars. Thank you, we love this game and can’t wait to see what future updates may bring!! Happy 6th Anniversary!

Stan EXO, NCT, Red Velvet, SHINee, and SuperM!

I really love this game and I’ve been playing this game for over a year. My main problem is the game continues to crash!! When I’m trying to play Superstar mode and I click start, most times the game crashes. This has happened before in the past and I always try to restart the game and retry the song I want to play. Only problem is it still crashes. For me to fix this I always have to delete SUPERSTARSMTOWN and get it again. It gets annoying when SUPERSTARSMTOWN crashes randomly. It would however be a great help if you guys could fix this bug!! Overall the game is great and there’s a lot of songs you can play as well as challenges that can be done!!
