It’s funny how the option to actually play the game is hidden behind 20 different menus. This game is just koreaboo bait. The charts for the songs are fine but everything else is complete garbage. The card system is way too in your face. The game lacks basic options like to change the note speed and to play vertically. Playing this game horizontally has to be one of the worst experiences, the perspective gets completely messed up, notes move WAY too slow, and the screen is way too cluttered. On the new iOS, you constantly are swiping over to other apps by mistake. Once a song is failed the menu options are available immediately, meaning the note you were about to press is now the “bring me ALL the way back to the main menu” button. It’s a shame that music like this is brought to the rhythm gaming scene in such a sloppy, unprofessional way.

I have spent so much time and money on this game and I have gotten so so far. Until one day it logged me completely out of the game. (I logged in through facebook, always with no problem). I tried signing in using my facebook login information, the information I signed up with, but no luck. It would try to make me create a completely new account. It would keep doing this over and over. I contacted support over 5 times and they said the same each time, automated messages each time, no actual help. I never signed in with an email or dalcom ID and they said that I did, and didn’t help me get my account back. I spent hours and hours trying to log back in with no luck. I am so upset because I worked so so hard and was so happy with how far I got. I deleted SUPERSTARSTARSHIP and I’m not getting it again. Very very upset.

As much as I love SuperStar Starship, it hardly compares to other entries like SuperStar BTS or SuperStar SM. The songs are diverse but the difficulties aren’t as consistent as in other games. The jump from easy to normal is small but the jump from normal to hard is either equal or significantly greater with little in between.
I haven’t spent any money on this game but the rarity of each card is fair and the attendance prizes are generous enough to keep me from wanting to buy new packs. Since it came out, I’ve been satisfied with the frequent updates even if downloading extra content to help the game run properly takes up a lot of my battery. It’s a perfectly fine SuperStar but it doesn’t have anything to make it pop.

I’ve played this along with all the other superstar games and so far it hasn’t disappointed. My only question is when it comes to WJSN aka Cosmic Girls. I understand that 3 of their members aren’t actively promoting with the group and that they’ve put out songs as 10. Why keep As You Wish and now La La Love separate with the 10 active members when you put Save Me, Save You and Boogie Up with the full 13? It hinders me from getting those songs to the 2 million mark. Hopefully this can be sorted out some way because I like having all songs under one playlist and only separate for events

The game is pretty great, I’m having fun although it doesn’t do well well registering when I have two moving fingers on the screen which seems to be important in this game’s beatmap style.

It was working fine for a few days, but recently I only logged in/started up SUPERSTARSTARSHIP successfully about 1/4 of my attempts, then 1/8 of the time, and now I can’t at all. Once I get in it’s alright, but doesn’t guarantee I wont randomly be kicked out. They keep saying it’s fixed, but it seems they still have work to do!

I would rate it 5 regardless of crashing and bugs since it just came out and that’s likely to happen, but honestly the design of the screens and the amount of time it takes to load from one screen/menu to another makes it feel very very clunky.

I’m not sure if it’s just my phone but on my iPhone XS Max the home screen bar is always at the bottom and I’m not that great at the game anyways , so I keep accidentally pausing the song and missing a lot more because I keep using the home screen bar on accident :( it’s really annoying. Other wise I really love playing this game I just wish this was fixed or an option to have it or not. There’s no reason for it to be there :(

I love your games, Dalcomsoft. My fingers feel like dancing too when i play your games. You guys did an excellent job. The notes just so make sense. Please make for bighit, im begging you. I tried to play Rhythm hive only because i miss BTS Superstar and the songs. But they couldn’t do as good as you guys, i end up logging out of their games so quickly. Please please please, make for bighit house too

Played it as soon as it came out and it’s literally the best thing ever. But now it’s not loading and it’s just a white screen when I open it. I guess cus it’s new there are some bugs but the game itself is nicely designed and addictive! Hope that it will work out soon so I can continue my addiction! 😅I don’t know if re-downloading it will work. Am I the only one that is having this problem?

I personally love all the superstar games mainly because I love the songs. I understand that this one is a little newer so the updates on songs might not be very up to date, but if you do have the time, is it alright if you add mad clown’s once again ost and some more songs by BOYFRIEND please? Thank you so much for making this game! Fighting!!

All of you putting one star reviews instead of doing a little research first, are idiots. The game isn’t released until WEDNESDAY and the screen with the “x” everyone is complaining makes their game crash...yeah well it says that clearly in Korean and English. This game will be amazing, all the superstars are amazing. And true monsta x fans wouldn’t be so quick to give this game one star with out good reason 🙄🙄🙄

Just because an artist leaves doesn’t mean remove them from a game. Think about the fans especially me as a Monbebe we need to see a complete group. Had you started the game with ot6 fine but you started the game with ot7 so what even. If you sooo desire make a new tab for MX with ot6 stuff. Honestly your going to lose players and lose profit when so many of us that downloaded the game was for MX. No Wonho = not much profit for you. Plus fandoms are hurting so you just adding to the pain. Not just here for Wonho but also JYP Skz fans with Woojin. Think about it if you really want to care for the players that play your games.

For those of you who are complaining about SUPERSTARSTARSHIP not working is because SUPERSTARSTARSHIP is downloadable, but you cab't start playing till tomorrow aka the official release!

The reason you were able to download it is bc it's been pre-downloaded so pls stop giving it negative review.

The game won’t be released until tomorrow, October 23rd (at 3PM KST, I think) so if you click on the game and it won’t let you past the screen where you click the ‘X’, that’s why. :) So we all just have to be patient and wait until tomorrow to play.

Also, I cannot wait to start playing Monsta X songs!!! I’ve been waiting for this game to release for soooo long!!!!

I used to love this game because all of my favorite groups came from SSE, but I had to delete it years ago for storage on my 7 Plus. I recently upgraded to an 11 and SS-SM uploaded and launched perfectly fine, but SS-SS won’t let me even get to the initial launch download and it crashes me out of it.

I miss this game and would love to play it specifically for MX, but it won’t even launch.

I absolutely love this game, not only can I play my favorite group’s songs (Monsta x) but since all artists are included ,obviously, I get to find new songs that I will later add to my playlists. I used to hate playing it because of how bad I was but with practice anything is possible and I now love to and play it all the time.

I am able to play the game but for some reason the sound isn’t working? I looked in both app and my phone settings but there’s nothing to help? And it’s not my phone cause sound and music play on all my other apps except this one. Am I the only one with this problem??

Im very excited to play this when its already released but one problem is im stuck at 89.3% loading screen. This happen 5 times when i try to open and restart it again. Should i redownload SUPERSTARSTARSHIP again? Or just hopefully for the best keep waiting >.<

Everyone is saying that every time they go into superstar and then click the X, it crashes. Don’t worry, it’s happening to me too. Today is October 22nd, the official game comes out on October 23rd so that’s why it keeps crashing!! But tomorrow on the 23rd, it should be all good and it shouldn’t crash anymore so please don’t rate it bad!!

Had an account with my email but now it’s saying that that information is incorrect so now all of my progress is gone. This is my second time being forced to start from the beginning. Had this problem too with Superstar Pledis and the other Superstar games that I’ve tried and made an account with. I’m done. It isn’t fair to work so hard and get all the cards I want to the highest grade, and then having my progress wiped out.

I love the artists/songs available, and it is super fun. However I’m now a bit sad because it has deleted my progress 3 times now, all being months worth of work.

I love playing this game. It does take a while to gather R graded cards, but it is totally worth it. The one thing that I hate the most is when there are events, the purchase for the limited cards are a bit too much. I am trying to gather enough diamonds to purchase the cards but I can never get enough before the event ends. I would spend my money to buy the cards and more diamonds, but as a student every penny counts.
Besides that, this game is really fun. I feel like my thumbs have become an ultimate weapon.
