GoHawaiiApp looks amazing, runs well and has a great design; it looks like it has literally anything I need for an upcoming trip, but a lot of it is inaccessible simply because you can’t log in or sign up for an account… there’s an error every time, and you can’t even read it. Otherwise, it’s a great app
GoHawaiiApp worked for one day. I got GoHawaiiApp so I could plan our excursions as well as stay up to date on COVID protocols. GoHawaiiApp stopped working. I could not log in. I reset my pass word three times, it did not help.
Don’t you get it? Your app no longer works.
After update no longer opens.
This is a total waste of time, totally useless. Don’t bother downloading this garbage, it just does not work.
I tried various ways to create an account (based on options provided on the page). Nothing worked, therefore cannot use some of the features. Also error codes cannot be seen on the ‘create acct’ page (covered up by ‘create account’ banner). When I tried other ways, the error code was visible, but it doesn’t explain why it’s not working. For an official app provided by the State’s Tourism Bureau, very disappointing to encounter such basic issue! Also it took a long time to open. And the internet was not the issue. I’ll delete it and find a better app.
