I watch WPT tours all the time, and ClubWPT is so outdated and the tournaments are impossible. Unless you wanna pull out your laptop and wait around for ever to get into anything, and then be randomly booted out for no reason. It’s chaotic and poorly put together. All other annoying ads and commercials between watching WPT makes you think you can somehow get in on tournaments but it’s rigged, full of malfunctions, and when I was actually leading a table, I randomly got booted out with no explanation and no way for me to dispute are re-enter. I’d rather play free apps, or walk into a casino tourney then waste time waiting and having confusing interactions every time I log on.

If you want to waste hours of your time play this. This will make a. Decent player look horrible. The random algorithm is beyond choppy. It’s boring. Nothing ever connects. Weird vibes at tables no action at all just a. Waste of time and money if you pay won’t pay 1 cent more unless they make changes! Wpt has a lot of money this is just a business taking your money wasting your time. I thought watching this on tv the game would be better then most. NOT AT ALL BIG LET DOWN! zero stars

So many times I got timed out in the middle of a hand. Don’t tell me that my internet connection is the culprit; I have the best internet package, all my tvs, ipad, ipone apps work flawlessly except this shameful wpt app.
Strangely the drop of connection happens when I have very good hand say AA, KK, JJ then I flop a set and then bam. It happened so many times that I can’t call it a coincidence.

Don’t spend your real money on this site. Even with the free chips to play with when you’re in a game sometimes you get kicked out or your bedding is disabled while you’re in play. Or if you sign up for a game and try to un register you can unregistered but you don’t get your chips back.

I got a mailer the other day inviting me to come back. They want to give me a free month of Diamond membership. Reminded me how difficult it was to figure out how to cancel in the first place. Always a sign that the people behind ClubWPT aren't exactly the most ethical operators when they feel entitled to "trap" their members in a recurring subscription. But, since they made the effort, I thought I'd go look at the site again. I wondered if perhaps they had overhauled the old piece of crap. Does not appear so. There are plenty of other reviews detailing all the ways ClubWPT is ludicrously bad, so I don't need to repeat them. Seems WPT is happy keeping it that way.

They say they’re updating it but I gotta review it for what it is now and it’s terrible. The website works but ClubWPT is busted, don’t bother unless you want to 1 star it for being unplayable. I’ll update my review when they update ClubWPT

I spent lots of time and money on a competition poker app and I thought they were crooked. Bad beats were the norm. Flushes all over the place… no where near reality! Then I played ClubWPT because I watch the show all the time - played a tournament and the first three hands I lost to a player filling their hand on the river. Three in a row. I challenge any legitimate reality poker with real shuffled cards seeing THAT happen. You’re just like all the rest! I’m not a computer programmer but how difficult can it be to randomize 52 cards!!

I’ve had different poker games. I’m a somewhat good player and just wanted something to pass the time. This is the absolute worst app. Astronomical odds being met all the time. I played a lot where four people had pocket pairs while it can happen it’s very very rare. I saw three people hit sets. Set over set over set. It’s just not happening. Very very very rare. This game is horrible and gives world poker your a bad name. They need to fix this. If I could give negative stars I would. Maybe the star would be like an odd amoeba shape that was puke green.

I downloaded and deleted ClubWPT the same day.

Where to begin. I have used several play-money poker apps. They always start you with a decent amount of chips so you can immediately jump into a game. But ClubWPT starts you with a measly “bonus” of 500 chips. And i think you get that every 2 hours (I didn’t stick around for another 2 hours to find out).

That 500 isn’t enough to really play a table. You join the table with an already extreme short stack, and everyone pushes you around.

But you CAN get chips…by purchasing them. No thanks. There are other apps that start you with a decent chip stack...for free.

Now if you want to become an instant “millionaire/billionaire” on those other apps, they will sell you chips. But they at least start you off with a big enough chip count that you can actually play some tables first.

Also, WPT poker is a bare bones, boring setup. No imagination went into designing ClubWPT.

Watch the card trends in tournaments. You can just about know when 3 of a kind is coming, when with 4 players left someone is losing to a straight on the river, too often a FH is beaten by 4 of a kind, pocket pairs to 3 and sometimes 4 players. Hilariously set to algorithms, not random. The only variable are the bet amounts from the players.

I’ve had so many bad beats when it hits the river. One day I was in a tournament and had him covered and by the river he had a straight. The very next tournament I entered I had a set and he had bullets. Sure enough he hit his set with the river. It’s starting to get super annoying the amount of times that happens

Please! Update! I can’t register for tournaments on this! Have to sign in on a browser to register :( otherwise 5 stars

No delay in receiving your Winnings. this app streams main tournament events and poker pro Tony DUNST, VINCE Van Patton, LYNN Gilmartin hosts the events while playing as well.
Matt Savage the best tournament director even hosts the stream.

Just downloaded ClubWPT. I’m glad they created this that way you don’t have to login in on their website. Seems pretty seamless to navigate and is bug free as far as I can tell. Hoping more features are added soon but I’ll give it a shot for now!

Great place to learn, practice and win at playing poker. this app is a great place to meet like minded people and they have a discord server that you can join and meet other poker players. Great group of people to hangout and learn about different strategies while on discord or watching the Streams.

I signed up for diamond member and when I’m on the go for short errand and waiting in the car I’ll login and get to play with no issues.

This is a great fun app to hone in on your poker skills! I also play on this app VIP and Diamond member and win back my monthly subscription fee and then some every month. There is ALWAYS a tournament or game to play!

This is a fun app to play especially when learning the game of poker. Great to interact with others also.

Love playing in tourneys with my friends. Nothing better than railing them when they’re doing well and making that final table. I always have a blast improving my skills and trying to win that big package!
