They often get too busy to fulfill all the orders. In Bangkok, I found that if you order from 12-4pm, it will come at 8pm. Also if you order for 4-8pm, they will call and ask you if they can deliver the next morning.
So, only choose 8-12 or 12-4 if you want it delivered same day. When I have fresh meat ordered, I don't want it to sit in the warehouse all night.
