Doesn't work. Whenever I try to send a picture it says "Oops, Connection failed, please check your network connection" I have no network problems. I have 5 bars in both Wifi and Data. How do I fix this? And I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling

The app keeps kicking me out. Ill draw for 2 minutes and it will kick me out or freeze. Ill lose all my drawing progress too. Its crashing my phone to. Sometimes it will make my whole screen go black, shut down my phone, and make me have to log back into my phone. The worse its done is completely break my phone, making me unable to use it for 15 minutes because it crashed and kept me on a black loading screen for 15 minutes.
