How to fix OldRoll app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OldRoll app on iPhone
Update OldRoll app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OldRoll iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OldRoll on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OldRoll network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OldRoll Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OldRoll not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OldRoll App
1. On android, goto Settings » OldRoll » click [Force Stop]

Update OldRoll to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OldRoll App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OldRoll » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OldRoll.

Fix OldRoll unable to contact server/ OldRoll internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OldRoll » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OldRoll » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OldRoll
