When I try to download a link someone has sent, up comes a blank white page. I don't understand. We have been using this for a couple of years now and quite happily. When I went to fill out the form with a question, I was told I was not authorized to use that page. There is also nowhere to be found a telephone number I can call to speak to an actual person. NOT good. What is happening to Wetransfer.com? A fine product like this all at once seems turned upside down. I hope you can fix this, otherwise we will have to go elsewhere. In February of 2022 Invoice # 97058075-0002, your company charged me a total of $ 120.00 which I pay a $12.00 monthly fee. On November 12, 2022 I cancelled my service even though we transfer would work until February 2, 2023 I received a letter on Saturday November 7, 2022 that my subscription was cancelled and I could use the service until then. I havent used you service in quite awhile now. I have the email from your company that they are discontinuing my service as of Feb 2, 2023 Can you please confirm to me that it's been cancelled. We went to Jamaica in October and I was sent the link for the pictures and video. The email states it expires after a year, but when I click the link it tells me it's expired. I want my pictures and video that I paid for and was wrongfully taken from me!

I'm a creative producer working online with collaborators. weTransfer is an invaluable tool for my work. But, But, please clean up your user site. The confusion of advertising, promotion etc. graphics with the actual work elements is a real quagmire to wade through when your just trying to do a simple task. weTransfer would rise to excellence if it had a user-oriented work design, with a clear visual separation between the work process and the ad/promotions display. Did not even know i had this app. I want it cancelled before you try to renew it April 23, 2021. I have the last invoice but do not know how it was started. You will see the invoice number on the photo below. I have contacted your company and received a notice that it is canceled. Then a Melena sent an email stating i could not cancel with iut giving my cc #, bank, etc. I will not supply these and i do not have a PayPal account for it to have first gone through. Doesn’t work -

Unable to open links sent to my email with the iOS app. When it opens, it opens in a web browser. You can then click open this link in app through the website but all it does is open the App Store despite it already being downloaded. You then click open and it just brings you to the home page but not to the files sent to you. Additionally, the developers don’t let you delete your account.

Please check you app—you need to work out some kinks! The app will let me log in, but when I went to verify my email, it claimed there was an error—but I still got an email saying my email was verified. The app will not let me log in without saying I need to verify, but no matter how many times I request a new email, reinstall the app, etc—the app will not work.

Uncomfortable mess

Won’t open app when clinking on a link from messages. Instead opens a web page asking you to open the app which then won’t let you login saying something is wrong. Requires a download to view a file. Complete waste of space for unknowing users needing to proof many versions. Overall very cumbersome experience.
