I can’t get AvonGo to even open. I get it’s new and figured things would probably go wrong for a few days but it has been a week almost and still nothing. On top of that you try to call Avon to get help and it says to call back because they are getting to many calls and can’t handle them. That’s been happening for a week also. My old app never worked either except on rare occasions so I’m not sure why I thought that this one would. I have a lot going on and need help with orders and invoicing and can’t do anything on here because it won’t open. Ugh!!!

I put my account number in, and password, then it keeps wanting to call me to verify my account with a phone call to insert a # (pound sign) but it only worked one time! Now I have to get a phone call every time I log in on my phone.
The website works fine on my IPad, no issues!

When I try to open AvonGo , it flashes one time & then disappears. I never had any problems with the other app & since it is in Spanish now, it is totally useless.
I have the new Avon App on my laptop & it works ok but I don’t like it nearly as much as I did the other site. I’m having to work harder, not easier like y’all said.
I need my Avon app for phone since I use it away from home quite a bit.
Y’all need to do something & quickly!!

Still won’t open. What’s the point? The new website is no better. Many of my customers did not migrate over, (I’m assuming because they didn’t have email addresses. They don’t want unsolicited emails on my behalf! It’s just more spam ), therefore their customer history didn’t migrate either. Now I’m dead in the water. Very frustrating. After selling almost 29 years I’ve seen a lot, but this is the worst. I’m very tech savvy, and this is bad.

It’s been working great for me from the beginning. I know they did an update, & waiting to see if I have any problems but so far so good. I use this a lot. Thank you

I downloaded it 3 times still won’t open very disappointed in these new changes was supposed to be better. I think they just want more representatives to drop out I know since this change there has been plenty of them that stopped selling. Maybe Avon should listen to us more often we are the ones out there doing the selling not corporate.

As of right now I am not happy with AvonGo because I have orders that need to be placed. Every time I go to open it, it crashes! I just downloaded the new app today and was told it would be working by this evening. Please fix ASAP

I was able to get on once. Now it claims I’m using wrong password. I hit forgot password. Avon says it’s calling to confirm me when it isn’t! I deleted and downloaded again and tried to start over again and the very same thing happened. Actually you don’t deserve 1 star! Expecting Results Rep

Required to give a rating. Its a 1. Easy to download and to delete. That’s the only two good things about AvonGo. AvonGo refuses to open. Doesn’t display anything. Not even a error message saying its unable to open. The old app was waaaayyy better than this new one. It had its kinks but it was little better.

I deleted it and then re downloaded it. It works now

When my phone updated my account went from English to Spanish and it won’t change back. My customers keep asking me about products and I can’t even place an order. It’s sad. Please fix AvonGo or remove it.

Not any better. If they improve it and after a while has passed I might improve score. But in the meantime they let us in the dark about not being to sign onto the old app. Not telling us it was because there was a new app

Just downloaded AvonGo and it does not open at all. I had this same issue with the last app we had to to use. Hoping Avon fixes this asap as AvonGo would be very beneficial for our business.

It looks like this new app is a bust because I can’t get it to launch and the old app won’t accept old login info. Very inconvenient problem to have during the holidays.

I just loaded AvonGo and it won’t even open on my iPhone! It opens on my iPad, which the old app did not! The invoicing tool is a disaster! I can’t find any of my current invoices, and there is no customer information!!

We can’t sell things if we can’t get into AvonGo !! Just like all the other reviews - app crashes every single time I try to open it. I’m very displeased. How are we supposed to explain this to our customers?????!!!!!

I cannot get AvonGo to load AT ALL!! I click to open AvonGo and it crashes. I restart my phone, relaunch AvonGo , and it immediately crashes! Not sure how I’m expected to run my business from AvonGo! PLEASE tell me this is temporary!!!!

I have not been able to do anything with AvonGo . My customers are getting directed to find another rep when they go to my website. I’m losing my customers.

App won’t even open even after uninstalling, then re-installing. Also, I do not like the new website format at all. It’s terrible! Some things should just be left alone.

The call comes through but I hit # and nothing happens. AvonGo won’t login. Real useful, Avon. 🙄

I removed and reloaded AvonGo several times, it just crashes immediately. Tried on my phone and iPad. Avon, please help.

I try to click on AvonGo and it doesn’t load. It goes straight to my Home Screen.

Crashes on open on my iPhone SE running on 15.1. Tried deleting app & reinstalled, restarting phone, and still crashes.

AvonGo crashes with iPad Pro upon opening. It’s inaccessible.

AvonGo won’t open all the way!

So the intro says that AvonGo is 4+ years old. It’s not. Previously we used “Avon Now” which is only for Puerto Rico and in Spanish at this point. This new app available for download, Thursday 12/9/21, is still not working. They need to fix this right quick because more reps have a phone than a computer.
