I can’t get the app to even open. I get it’s new and figured things would probably go wrong for a few days but it has been a week almost and still nothing. On top of that you try to call Avon to get help and it says to call back because they are getting to many calls and can’t handle them. That’s been happening for a week also. My old app never worked either except on rare occasions so I’m not sure why I thought that this one would. I have a lot going on and need help with orders and invoicing and can’t do anything on here because it won’t open. Ugh!!!

When I try to open the app, it flashes one time & then disappears. I never had any problems with the other app & since it is in Spanish now, it is totally useless.
I have the new Avon App on my laptop & it works ok but I don’t like it nearly as much as I did the other site. I’m having to work harder, not easier like y’all said.
I need my Avon app for phone since I use it away from home quite a bit.
Y’all need to do something & quickly!!

Still won’t open. What’s the point? The new website is no better. Many of my customers did not migrate over, (I’m assuming because they didn’t have email addresses. They don’t want unsolicited emails on my behalf! It’s just more spam ), therefore their customer history didn’t migrate either. Now I’m dead in the water. Very frustrating. After selling almost 29 years I’ve seen a lot, but this is the worst. I’m very tech savvy, and this is bad.
