For some reason this company makes you verify every device you sign into by going to your email and clicking a link. Fine. I’ll verify that this is in fact me.

Except after verifying my phone four times I still can’t sign into the app. I have a concert TOMORROW. My money does not grow on trees I payed for my tickets and yet I can’t even sign in to get them?

I purchased tickets to the Reno Ace’s baseball game through AXS when my tickets weren’t sent they didn’t care after several emails they never respond that I still didn’t have minutes before the event I demanded a refund in which they still haven’t responded

States you haveTo download the app after purchasing tickets which they of course don’t tell you as you’re purchasing the tickets. Once I download the app it says I don’t have permission to use it. Nice job scammers
