Easy Invoice Maker App Reviews

I’ve been using EasyInvoiceMakerApp for my solo consulting business because the interface was simple and the invoices look pretty. It’s been pretty great but I only use a subset of the features and send 2-3 a month. I wish there were a full app I could run on the computer but it’s not too bad to have on the iPad and handy in some places. However I went to send an invoice today and got a pop up that a subscription is required. It’s don’t think this was a limitation before, but the subscription cost is way to high based on my needs. Also feels back to have the rug pull for an app that ran perfectly fine before. I wish I could roll back to a previous version, but now i have to export my invoices and move to something else.

I want to start by saying that this application has been the most flexible, customizable, and useful setup that I’ve been able to find to date. I have unique use case and needs for my data structure and I’ve found ways to make it work with a sensible workflow.

***UPDATE***Before the most recent app update the interface allowed for both portrait and landscape mode operation. It’s now being forced into Portrait mode. This is extremely inconvenient as I use EasyInvoiceMakerApp on an iPad Pro M1 with an attached keyboard that puts the device into landscape mode. I have tried every method that I am aware of in order to keep the application in landscape mode but have failed. Please address this issue. It is app breaking and unusable for my workflow now and have begun searching for another solution.

Everything great and free (as of May 2022) but once an invoice is created with Service/Product assigned to it, whatever service you try to delete, would first appear to be gone after you hit Done. But when you reload the invoice in Edit mode, the deleted service would reappears again. Super annoying, the only way to get around is to duplicate that invoice, remove the service and hit the first-Save button before the Done button shows up (replacing the Save button).

An other minor thing is not able to remove currency units (USD, CAD, EUR…), not everyone doing international trading here, pls let us skip the currency. Again, I wouldn’t mind paying $5 a month for this if the creator listen to supporters and show motivation to improve EasyInvoiceMakerApp. Thank you.

I started out using EasyInvoiceMakerApp kind of playing around. As I am getting more serious about having and running my business in the very near future I am happy to have found EasyInvoiceMakerApp. I will say that while I love the updates and additional features added to the free edition I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT enjoy being blindsided by the subscription requirement in order to be able to do more than 5 invoices a year which is all that the free edition would offer.

This is an amazing app, but when it comes to the monthly and yearly fees; would be nice to pay for unlimited monthly and not have to pay 199 all at once. I love EasyInvoiceMakerApp but cannot afford 199 all at one time. Even if you charged $20 a month for unlimited that would be more manageable. I know that at $20 a month I would be paying more than 199 for the entire year but when I started making more expendable cash flow then I’d be able to buy it all at one time.

This is a brand new app to me that I have downloaded to try to do some billing through. I just do a little jobs on the side and need something fairly simple to use and to look professional. This was a simple straight forward walk through to get my first billing sent! I’m happy with the results and look forward to the next billing!

I have been using EasyInvoiceMakerApp for more than a year and it is really helpfull. I allways thing EasyInvoiceMakerApp is to go because wherever you are you can invoice. and it is totally for free. It has no adds or any type of scams. You can also track your income and send your invoice by email or text message. It is the best app I have ever tried.

This is exactly what you've been looking for, a simple invoicing app completely for free. You can store clients, create and send invoices as PDF files, add logo and signature, also change colour, currency, etc. I send invoices with Messages and it's super fast. No hidden fees, just an invoicing app you've been looking for when you do a few invoices per year.

I’m a small business and I’m always in a Rush and EasyInvoiceMakerApp has saved my bottom more times then none and because I can do it on the fly it has made the difference between doing things right and failing miserably. I want to be successful and professional and EasyInvoiceMakerApp gives me the tools to make it possible….thanks guys.

Like an idiot I started a business and realized I had no way to give people receipts, so while on my way to a job I literally went in EasyInvoiceMakerApp Store and found EasyInvoiceMakerApp. Had good reviews, so I downloaded it waiting for the catch… I have now used this for 2 invoices, and am still waiting for the catch. This is too good to be true.

I am using the free version and it is getting the job done. I know I will eventually upgrade because I want to use the expense tracking feature.
I did read that sending invoices was a hassle so my solution has been to screenshot and crop it. I know it makes it a pain to get paid but in that scenario I just have the customer use Zelle which is linked to the acct I want funds deposited.

I’ve tried several so called “free” invoice apps in the past and they are either limited use, time, functionality. Invoice Maker is the 1st one I’ve found that does exactly what it says it does, and that is all I need! Great app, simple to use and oh, did I mention I’m using the FREE version! Thanks to the creators, I’m planning to get the pro version once my business gets a bit bigger…

I tried the free version and it was pretty good so I went with premium and so far I like it. It’s very easy to create invoices and get them emailed out. It’s also good for estimates. It has some pretty cool features or you can save itemsor things that you charge for all the time and just click them to add to the invoice which makes it easy so you don’t have to keep typing it out over and over.

Hands down easy to use and has helped me with my start up business. Cost is free and when you are first starting this is so helpful. I am grateful for the support and ease of use and features. Still learning how to fully utilize EasyInvoiceMakerApp and will eventually email company to adjust and make improvements based on everyday use. Thank you for creating this amazing application.

Great for a small business, handyman, repairs etc. I use EasyInvoiceMakerApp to send professional quotes to and bill customers for repairs. EasyInvoiceMakerApp is excellent, user friendly and extremely intuitive. I really like the ability to add items and charge by line by rate/amount and quantity.

Example would be, charging for 3.5 gallons of red paint at $45/gallon for one line, and another line 5.25 gallons at $58/gallon for gold paint. Its great for adding all the details into a quote or invoice. Where has EasyInvoiceMakerApp been all my life? My only regret is not using this sooner.

Totally free app but I would pay for it. Simple app that simply produces professional looking invoices.

All other apps want monthly fees and usually limit features or cripple EasyInvoiceMakerApp when it comes times to print or send an invoice. This is a truly free app that simply works for my needs.

Great job! I'm going to look for a donation link and send these folks a couple bucks just for not making crippleware crap that thinks they deserve $10/mo. I only send a few invoices a year so monthly expenses just aren't practical.

I love EasyInvoiceMakerApp it is super easy to use and looks very professional. I also love that it keeps track of my down payments made and final payments made and my annual totals for every job I’ve invoiced through EasyInvoiceMakerApp and also keeps track of everything else I need to know about the financials of each job and lets me know when a payment is due or past due and when a job is paid in full. Best app I’ve found for invoices and estimates for my construction company so far. And Ive tried a lot over the years. I highly recommend EasyInvoiceMakerApp for organization and easy formates for you company.

Well designed, easy to use. EasyInvoiceMakerApp does everything I need, does it easily, offers many details, and produces a professional end product. My ONLY wish/want is to connect EasyInvoiceMakerApp with the Quote Maker app so I’m not duplicating client data, project data, etc. To go from estimate and convert to invoice would be remarkable.
