I placed an order the first time I asked for size 6 you guys gave me 4 I was like maybe is a mistake I ordered thesame thing again in different color and size 6 still I received size 5 like are you people serious Im very disappointed if there was a way for me to end your business I will definitely do that right away like I ordered it cus I really needed it at that moment just wasted my money I could had spend it on something else

Do not buy from here if you need things in limited time. They take forever to ship and do not answer emails. Also The return process is difficult and costly. $30 dollars to return shoes, i will not be shopping with this site again.

I had to get the app as the mobile site was not allowing me to filter footwear sizes as the sizes weren’t scrollable and 3/4ths of the sizes were cut off by the filter menu and phone screen.
The app is ok but it’s could use improvements. For starters, I’ve tried so hard to find a “view all” button. Im not trying to find a specific shoe like sandals, heels, boots, etc I’m just trying to browse through the total collection. Secondly, the size filter isn’t even in numerical order. Why is 10 before 11 and 11 is after 5?
Lastly, y’all would make a killing offering more breadth in wide width shoes. There is maybe 3 stores that carry cute wide shoes so I emplor you to really capitalize on this massive gap in the market. I found yalls brand via ASOS and will just continue to buy through them if you can’t carry enough of a variety and stock in these sizes within your own shop
