It works great until you actually want to use the information. There is no longer a simple way to export, at least not that I can find and I can’t even find where to get help. Not in BizXpenseTrackerPro sHopefully this 1 star review will get someone’s attention and I can get some help, otherwise it’s gone! Have to find another way.

I paid for BizXpenseTrackerPro and now it is saying that I have to upgrade to keep using it. But then when I try to upgrade it tells me that I don’t have access to in-app purchases. But I am the owner of the account so I have no idea what that means. So I have an app I paid for and can no longer use it. Will have to switch to a different expense tracker.

I bought BizXpenseTrackerPro and it went from a one time purchase to a subscription based. This is inappropriate.
If you purchase a product and the developers stop updating it to force you to buy a subscription, they should allow you to continue to use BizXpenseTrackerPro .

I’ve counted on BizXpenseTrackerPro for years to help me keep track of business expenses. Since the beginning of the year it has crashed every time I go to take a photo receipt. I can’t find support online or through BizXpenseTrackerPro Store. I renewed my subscription early thinking that would fix it. I’ve restarted my phone. Nothing changes.

Sometimes if the ticket has a lot of detail its hard too see because BizXpenseTrackerPro lowers the pic resolution! And it will be nice to update the look of BizXpenseTrackerPro for all the money that you guys charge ! I like it a lot but it looks old compare to all the competition ones!

All of a sudden it started giving me extra frequent warnings that I should back up to iCloud which I do not want to do. Those warnings often cause BizXpenseTrackerPro to crash.

I have been using BizXpenseTrackerPro for years and I love it. Recently, I've noticed that it is calculating miles incorrectly and I have absolutely no way to contact you all through BizXpenseTrackerPro to find out why this is happening. I'm sorry, but I don't know of any other way then to give this review so that I can get some assistance. If you could provide me away to make sure that the mileage from my home to my office or to where I'm going is correct I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Updated it 3 to a 4 star. Not quite where I wanted to be. It would be good to have a better understanding of the file structure upfront as opposed to rebuilding it several timesThrough trial and error. It is probably in the instructions but not clear where to find it. Response from Tech Support is good.
Really like the program, but complex.
If things are stable for the next couple of months I will update it to a five star.

I’ve been using various versions of BizExpense Tracker since 2011 and have been continually impressed with the quick and detailed support from Scott. Very few, if any, apps have this level of thoughtful support.

The time taken to fully answer my queries over the years has me wishing that oh so many other developers would embody the principle of supporting existing customers a priority, contrasted with just a new shiny object.

The ongoing improvements reflect a real understanding of how this is used in actual situations, as opposed to having to accommodate limitations of an app that appears to come from a lab environment.

Even though I’ve moved on from corporate life to private consulting work, BXT saved me considerable amounts of sanity over the years dealing with accounting departments, who relished in making expense report submissions the bane of my life 😖

This best app ever for entrepreneurs always on the go. If you are a contractor I strongly advise you to purchase BizXpenseTrackerPro. When it’s tax time all your expenses will be organized already

I’ve been a devoted user of BizXpenseTracker for years, and recently upgraded to the Pro version. BIG IMPROVEMENT! I highly recommend it.

BizXpenseTrackerPro — BXT for short — adapted perfectly to my needs. I’m self-employed, needed to customize the data fields, and to invoice clients individually for expense reimbursement. I did an extensive software search and was dismayed to find that, among loads of apps, only one seemed to meet my needs: BXT.

Reliability is critical: I have never had the slightest glitch or data loss.

BXT’s author personally provides prompt email support. I don’t know how long he can keep that up, but that kind of support is rare these days.

The sync function, works seamlessly across my Macbook, iPad, and iPhone.

There are few recurring tasks I like less than monthly expense reporting. BXT makes it as painless and efficient as possible.

I love BizXpenseTrackerPro. It’s really simple and easy to use. The only feature I wish it would add is automatically repeating reoccurring expenses.

You have to get into the “habit” of entering data. Right in the store? I wait until I’m in the car or even at home.
I still save most of the paper copies tho.
