I had 715 atlas buck and bought 4 parcels and 700 atlas bucks was deducted from my account. When I contacted support with all my screen shots with dates on them they ignored by evidence that was black and white and said the system said I bought 7 parcels even though the screen shots showed I only purchased 4. Amen was the one who dealt with my issue and all he said is that the system says you bought 7 even though my balance before and after showed 4. Does anyone know if there is an address to send snail mail to or an email so I can speak to someone who realizes that systems glitch. This is ridiculous. It is comparable to depositing your cheque in the bank and getting a deposit slip and then try to get money out and it says you have none. Even though you have the deposit slip the bank tells you that they system says you did not make a deposit even though you have the deposit slip.

I am having trouble logging into the game. I get a message that says "Emulator Detected," but I'm not sure what that means. I've been using an older phone lately as my primary phone is broken, but I've not seen this issue except for the last 24 hours. As far as I know, no settings have changed on my phone.

Not Worth It, Even for Long Term

2024-08-23

by MagDontCare99

So it’s a cool idea, but terribly executed. The conversions make no sense and are obviously set that way to provide max profit to the company, how is a parcel 100 atlas bucks ($5) yet if you wanna use funds that accrue to buy it you’ll have to wait about a year if even to reach $5 and buy another. That just makes no realistic sense, even those who say its good for the long run will not break even. The top player has 49,000 parcels, say he bought all but the first one with his money that means he has spent $245,000. Guess how much rent he has accrued? A measly $12,000 in comparison. Your better off just learning stocks the risk is obvious and, unlike this app, you have a better chance at making your money back. I was really excited to give it a try until I saw the top user, I feel bad for him honestly. By the math the devs used for rent, he’ll have been dead for a few years at least before he even breaks even. DONT FALL FOR IT. It’s not even a long term investment, it’s a straight up rip off that will NEVER be worth the amount of money required. (Unless they actually fixed it and made it worth while, but I doubt it. Their probably happy rolling in $ while their users and customers count their pennies😒)

Low-paying ad farm disguised as a game

2024-04-22

by KOICrowz

Let’s call this app what it is; an ad farm. They say things like metaverse and other nonsense marketing terms, but this is just an ad farm with geolocation. This app exists for them to farm ad revenue and give you the tiniest slice of the pie. Ad farm apps are all over the place, so that’s not the reason for one star. The reason for one star is how slapped together and blatant this one is. This is easily the lowest paying ad farm app.

$5 for a plot that pays roughly 3 cents of rent per year unless you spend your time literally watching thousands of ads to potentially hit 20 cents annually. You will never make your money back, which is what they market it as. It is almost impossible. And if you don’t want to pay, you’re going to be farming ads to pay to play the minigames to earn in-game currency are either so sloppily made it’s luck, or they’re straight up rigged. And remember, this is for in-game currency, that allows you to earn a different in-game currency, that you can redeem for actual currency. They’re treading water in a legal gray zone, and I bet this app won’t even exist five years from now. The creators will cash out and abandon it at some point.

Careful spending money

I really wanted to be able to give a better review because it has been a fun short distraction app.

So after a few months with the explorer’s club I decided to give it a try. The first month went ok but when it came time to renew. It didn’t let me in the app under manage subscription. Or let me just get a new one. Hidden in the web app version there was an invoice. Which I did find about 4 days before the end of my first month. So I decided to go ahead and pay it. Which was a mistake it took over a week for it to become active so I missed the bonus for the 90 day streak. At that point I contacted customer service and it took 3-4 different times to get anyone to respond. And all they did was just ask for details about when and what app version. But it would be a week or so between responses from them.

Then the subscription ended 3 days early and when I contacted them it took weeks to even respond. They just said they forwarded it to the team and I checked back 2 more times for updates because of long times with nothing. Only to be told that there is nothing they can do even though I paid for something they promised and they didn’t deliver what was promised.
