Unable to cancel

I wanted to try the free trial, but quickly decided it wasn’t what I was looking for. I have been attempting to cancel since. The email address in file says it’s unable to receive emails at this time and there is not a tab to manage my presences about automatic renewal. I’m very unhappy with the ease of use and transparency.
Can’t export anything

I click export to email a pdf and you can’t send anything. Everything converted stays in the app. There’s no point in getting this, it’s a waste of money and space. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
Doesn’t work

I downloaded and paid for my subscription. The app continues to freeze. I tried to download my scanned documents to my phone but it wouldn’t allow.
