You privacy policy is so bad, it should honestly be illegal. While you technically don't use specific health data, you DO transmit personal information obtained, from the perspective of the patient, solely in order to provide patient care (name, DOB, address, etc) and spread that out to your advertising and analytics buddies, SIGNIFICANTLY reducing patient privacy. There is no way to opt-out of this data collection and transmission fully, or even to limit to to being provided solely to the healthcare professionals & institutions for the sole, express purpose of receiving care. This is disgusting. You should be ashamed.

On arrival was told wait time would be 30 minutes in car.
After one hour plus, informed would be additional 1hour plus and they would call me to come back.
Came back after 1.5 hrs and had COVID test and chest X-ray
The front desk forgot to give me back my health insurance card and I had to come back for it.
CVS was given improper prescription and had to wait over an hour to get prednisone prescription. ( left out daily dosage)

What a terrible app. I downloaded it when I needed a recent COVID PCR test and I wanted to see the results in real time. It notified me almost every minute that I had a test result but GoHealthUrgentCare indicated that I didn’t have any test results ready. (I went to the location to get a paper copy instead). GoHealthUrgentCare continued to send me push notifications throughout the day which I couldn’t delete. I turned off the push notifications in GoHealthUrgentCare and it still sent them. I deleted GoHealthUrgentCare for piece of mind.

I like GoHealthUrgentCare. Easy and convenient to make appointments and get results.

GoHealthUrgentCare is absolute trash. I’m trying to complete my registration and if you don’t click on the down arrow, the screen freezes and you can’t do anything and then you have to cancel and restart the whole process. Even if I click on the down arrow for certain tabs is still does that.

Fix this garbage app. This is northwell health right? You’re a mega corporation that employs more people in New York than anybody? Good, so get some good app makers.

Very easy to use

All GoHealthUrgentCare seems to do is be able to make an appointment. It refuses to link my records so I can look up what dates I was there.

Worst app ever. I don’t know who wrote your app, but that person should be fired. This thing is a mess. Error codes. Can’t verify your account. Absolute mess.

App doesn’t work

Can’t figure out how to add more than 1 kids. I have 2 4 and 17 year old and it will not let me add them on one account because they say they are minors yes Minors I am their parent who is taking care of them. Also the wait to speak to a doctor is just as worst as doing a walk in the emergency. They take so long to call back if you have a emergency or you may feel if it is a emergency. My sons was running fever and I didn’t want to bring them in the hospital because I know they would give them Tylenol and say give them fluids. How I know because my recent visit that is what happen. No test no nothing just Tylenol and give them fluids. So I didn’t want to wait up their for that. All I needed was the amount of dose to give for their fever of 104. I even stated their ages and temp and one lady had the option to skip to see if she wanted then case and we had to wait for another person to take up. Then all night it was doctors are dealing with emergency room patients

If GoHealthUrgentCare didn’t crash so much and when testing my device for a virtual visit I didn’t receive and error message I’d love GoHealthUrgentCare , it worked the first time I used it and after that nope

Constant crashes and “request timeout” errors both in WiFi and 5G. Defeats the purpose of having GoHealthUrgentCare if you just end up having to submit the information in person.

GoHealthUrgentCare seems to open fine, but I try to do things like favorite (heart) my local urgent care, link medical records, etc and I just get ‘error’.

At a place where you already have to enter the same thing ten times in the span of five minutes in a mobile form and paper forms, I’d love if GoHealthUrgentCare info could be used but I don’t know. It’s not clear why GoHealthUrgentCare retains my and my family’s info if I have to redo it when I go in.
