i9SportsGameDayApp is useless, you can’t login. It just says invalid credentials which I know are correct because I can use them on the website. I9 in general is showing to not be very reliable due to canceling leagues and changing start times without notifying. Slightly frustrating because when your children are so new to a sport consistency is impart to help them learn and grow. Now I know next time pay a little more for a actual league not just a for fun league.
i9SportsGameDayApp will do absolutely nothing when you download it. It opens to a page where not a single button works and you cannot scroll, there is literally nothing that you can do on i9SportsGameDayApp. I was excited to get some coaching pointers for my kids and this along with a first week cancel does not bode well.
Great, helpful app last year. But freezes every time I open it. Is this a bug with the new update?
As of October 2024, i9SportsGameDayApp does not work at all on iPhone SE. Like another review mentioned, it opened up to a page where nowhere on the screen responds to touch.
Sign in over and over and over…constantly kicked out of i9SportsGameDayApp and prompted to sign in again.
When I try to log in on i9SportsGameDayApp it says invalid credentials, but they are valid because they work on the website!
Downloaded app twice, but does not want to load. Gives the buffering prompt and nothing happens.
If you’re reading this get your money back, honestly it would just be better to take your kid to the park, i9SportsGameDayApp is junk doesn’t work.
Seems everyone has the same issue … for a year. Why would anyone sign up for i9 if you won’t fix this. Going to another league.
i9SportsGameDayApp is just an icon on my Home Screen. The league admins can’t even log into it. It’s a great idea but it doesn’t work. Save yourself time and don’t waste your data downloading it.
I didn’t want to believe the reviews but i9SportsGameDayApp is TRASH! I couldn’t even log in because every time I clicked sign in, i9SportsGameDayApp closed. I’ll just stick to the mobile website…
Logging into the website gives more information. It would be nice if it loaded your roster with the players names and had all the players information.
I can’t log-in. It keeps saying invalid credentials, but I know they’re right. I just changed my password on the website to make sure I was doing the right password on i9SportsGameDayApp and it still says invalid credentials.
I keep getting the message that my credentials are invalid. i just changed my password on the website. it’s not invalid. it is not helpful to constantly suggest using i9SportsGameDayApp when we cannot get into it.
Like others are reporting I can access the website with my login credentials, but going through i9SportsGameDayApp I keep receiving the invalid credentials message. The credentials are auto-filled on my phone so the issue must be with i9SportsGameDayApp .
Every time I try to log in to i9SportsGameDayApp it says invalid credentials. I’ve reset my password three times, I’ve deleted i9SportsGameDayApp and then reinstalled, nothing works. The kicker is that I can log in to the website no problem, it’s just i9SportsGameDayApp that won’t work.
So glad I read the reviews and realized everyone is having the same issues logging into i9SportsGameDayApp with valid credentials. If the developers can’t even figure out simple login logic, I can only imagine how bad the rest of i9SportsGameDayApp must be. Deleted it.
First when I have just downloaded i9SportsGameDayApp when I tried to log in it just quit on me every time.
Now when I decided to check it out again it won’t let me to log in at all, says invalid credentials. But they are valid, because They work on their website
