App doesn’t let me sign in from my phone

MyPropertyAccess doesn’t even let me sign in from my phone, I can sign in with other phones. MyPropertyAccess is horrible

MyPropertyAccess allows anybody visiting my house super simple they just show a QR code to the security guard and all of their information is there they don't have to wait in a long line and have to deal with a bunch of questions, and if their is any problems or questions regarding MyPropertyAccess their staff very polite and professional. Im so glad my community installed this service
