How to fix PMI Study Hall app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the PMI Study Hall app on iPhone
Update PMI Study Hall app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall PMI Study Hall iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix PMI Study Hall on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve PMI Study Hall network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix PMI Study Hall not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the PMI Study Hall App
1. On android, goto Settings » PMI Study Hall » click [Force Stop]

Update PMI Study Hall to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PMI Study Hall App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » PMI Study Hall » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart PMI Study Hall.

Fix PMI Study Hall unable to contact server/ PMI Study Hall internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click PMI Study Hall » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto PMI Study Hall » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PMI Study Hall
