They make the purchase experience so easy that you will forget to consider the seller experience - the holding periods they advertise is completely false. You won’t be able to sell what you put in, and even if you do, it will not be at any price close to the original which makes this basically a 5% savings account where you can’t actually recover your principal funds from. All in all they have good mobile developers and they write good software to attract users but definitely DO NOT be tricked into investing here. Update after developer response- this is their response below “The holding period is clearly indicated on each property page, and we recommend reviewing this information before making a purchase.” This claim from their dev team is clearly false as evidenced by the message directly from their support team - “All shares will be processed once the minimum holding period has passed - and while you've passed the minimum holding period, the property is not yet listed in our trading market”. Their dev team directly contradicts their support team - the holding period that you will see is entirely fake, they will use this fake number to attract your purchase and then hold your funds indefinitely - STAY AWAY

Great idea, great app, great visuals just horrible and inconsistent returns on investment each the return on investments keep going down and going from projected 6% - 4.85% the projected distributions are never accurate when the actual paydays, you get better returns in the stock markets, REITS, ETFs and other savings account that give 6% APY. Will be taking most of my money out and putting it somewhere else where there is a more consistent and higher return for your money.

I've been told I can sell it after one year of purchase. However, the fact is I can't. You only see the 'buy' button without a 'sell' button. You need to send an email to the support team, and they explained that they just cannot support the 'sell' function right now. They suggested either an internal sale or transferring the property share to another. If you agree to an internal sale, they will ask for your price and not guarantee how long it will take. If you agree to a transfer, congratulations! You'll need to wait another year to resell it.

Where is the option to delete account/profile ? See many options asking for info even though I said I do not meet the criteria and from what I read I can not make purchases . Do not understand why the process of information collection is pursued even though you can’t use Ark7 anyway . Need to delete my account and information before I delete Ark7 but there are no visible options from what I see .

So they advertise with Revu, a gaming company that works with advertisers to get people like us to spend money with the promise of awards towards your gaming accounts. So I joined and fulfilled all of the obligations and Revu failed to honor the agreement.

I contacted this app and informed them. They gave me the run around for two months saying they could do nothing when I know they could because I had other rewards honors on “advertisers request”.

If they’re dishonest about this, I wonder what else they are hiding? They’re shady and uncooperative. Consumer beware.

I downloaded Ark7 . Ark7 took me to on boarding process, collected my personal info, forced me to link bank account , asked me income etc. at no point I was told this is for accredited investors only. Only after they collected everything and I tried to buy, I got notification I can’t buy because I am not accredited investor. Just ridiculous. This should be clear from beginning instead of collecting my personal information

Ark7 is easy to use. But the return is about the same as putting cash into something like a Wealthfront cash account…and that cash is more liquid. Is there a way to achieve a higher return than Wealthfront without an this app+ account?

Ark7 is extremely user friendly and useful for all interested in the stock market. Personally I have dipped my toes into that direction before but never fully gave the time to understand how essential this new idea can become for communities all over the states!

App is attractive and easy to navigate. I’ve invested in about a dozen properties so far (new offer and thru secondary market place) and everything is transparent and smooth. Customer service is responsive. Only minor concern is that this is a Quicken compatible company but can’t add it to quicken as I always get an error message. I’ve reached out to Ark and Quicken.

Ark7 is a game changer for people who are interested or trying to learn and understand a bit about the real estate market. Although this is mainly real estate investment, it still is a great tool to use if you don’t have a ton of capital. But at the same time it’s great if you do understand the real estate business and as someone who lives on the West Coast, I can now see what it’s like another markets across the nation.

I've been getting regular dividends from my investments, and I appreciate that the process is so easy. Ark7 is simple, but I think it could benefit from more features to help me make better investment decisions.
