App keeps asking to subscribe even though I already am
Every time my kid goes to play this it asks to unlock more stuff even though I am subscribed. I’ve tried to restore purchases and it says it can’t at this time. Super frustrated! I like the app but it will not recognize my subscription!! I finally deleted the account in the app to see if I could start over with my already purchased subscription and it still does not recognize my subscription! Ahhhhhhhhhh. Also, I tried emailing the company through their website and it came back as undeliverable!!!

Doesn’t work with family sharing and no support
This app is great for single device but family sharing seems totally broken and the contact support link through the App Store asks you to log in then doesn’t take you to support. I can’t even subscribe if I wanted to since Apple sees my spouse has a subscription and tells me I should have access. I am utterly unimpressed.

Does not work - fix app
Purchased year long subscription only for it to constantly request I unlock all content. Safe to say I have requested a refund through apple as the app is not working as intended. Plenty of others that provide the same services.
