Force Stop the Movcy App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Movcy app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Movcy to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Movcy App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Movcy app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Movcy.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Movcy » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
