How to fix FindNow app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FindNow app on iPhone
Update FindNow app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FindNow iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FindNow on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FindNow network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FindNow Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FindNow not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FindNow App
1. On android, goto Settings » FindNow » click [Force Stop]

Update FindNow to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FindNow App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FindNow » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FindNow.

Fix FindNow unable to contact server/ FindNow internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FindNow » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FindNow » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FindNow
