- Took longer for someone to come out and check online order than it took for two other cars to order and get food from the drive-in

Downloaded app, to do a mobile order for pick up. Can’t order online for pick. Says I can get a free chicken sandwich through the mobile app, and nothing. Apparently none of Bojangles locations offer mobile ordering. False advertising at its finest.
Downloaded the app this morning. Created an account. Selected a location to pick up an order. The “how would you like to pick up your order” screen is blank. Nothing to select. Can’t get any further. No other way to get to a menu to order from. My phone is fairly new and updated. Not Bo time today?
I have an offer for a free chicken sandwich on my Bojangles app. However, even though I could place any order at a local restaurant accepting app orders, I am unable to claim this offer. The app says, no matter what location, that the location isn’t taking orders. I tested out trying to order an item and that works fine.
This app sucks. Literal 50/50 if this app works. Promo codes don’t work hardly. Can’t add items to bags. Just a terrible experience
The app simply will not find any location near me where there are two in my city and many others around. This app is a waste of time. Will not find any location and cannot order anywhere from it.
I'm trying to create an account for my Dad. I've tried both ways, enter personal info or "Connect wth Google". It will bring up to enter phone # and zip code then it shows INVALID/DISMISS. I have uninstalled & install 3x plus restarted the phone twice. Still no luck. What's that deal
Everytime I try to use app, enter order, press 'add to cart' and receive error "undefined." Installed app when Bo first brought it (app) back months ago, have uninstalled and installed a few times; am giving up. App not working really should not affect whether I stop at Bo or not, but it has. Feel like by now they have to know issues and don't feel it's important enough to fix.
Everytime I try to use it get my order ready and hit add to cart it gives me an "undefine" message. I have Uninstaller it and reinstalled but it still same
I just downloaded the app, but I cannot add a payment. It keeps telling me there are no payments, but will not give me a screen or field to add a payment, like a CC. The app is no good without that! And, I sure hope they can address the wait times. I was in line for at least 15 minutes this morning. And, only like 3 cars ahead of me. I cannot do that every day. Thank you, Joe

I get free app opportunity message system will not show code or apply discount to online and or Google play store app. Just show up as blank.
