The app ceased working today. All of the interfaces are white, there is no content. no profile, no analyzer; no interfaces at all. I have tried the usual: uninstall & reinstall. force stop and relaunch. purging data and cache and relaunching. Nothing works. I'm running on a Samsung android phone (Galaxy S21+)

How to fix Mirinae app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mirinae app on iPhone
Update Mirinae app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mirinae iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mirinae on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mirinae network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mirinae Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mirinae not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mirinae App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mirinae » click [Force Stop]

Update Mirinae to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mirinae App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mirinae » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mirinae.

Fix Mirinae unable to contact server/ Mirinae internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mirinae » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mirinae » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mirinae
