I am an avid gambler. And I managed to make it just over 24 hours with this casino before I requested my account be closed. Between online casinos and physical casinos I’ve participated in around 24 casinos. This is the ONLY one I’ve ever gambled with that does NOT have any sort of rewards program, or loyalty program, or any sort of points you earn for wagering that can be redeemed for free play or hotel discounts or what have you.

I contacted support because I could not find anything and they just said that management monitors client accounts and will randomly send promotions to people. It just personally to me seems like the least customer friendly casino I’ve ever participated in.

I wish I would have realized that before I wagered $800 but also glad I realized before I spent any more. If I’m going to spend (lose) thousands of dollars a week somewhere I would rather do it somewhere that’s going to at least award some sort of free play or something. In my opinion this casino has a lot of potential, decent slot selection. But the no rewards or customer loyalty really rubs me the wrong way and doesn’t seem like they understand how to keep people wanting to come back.

I deposited $100 for the first deposit match so I was given a total of $200 in restricted funds with a 30x play through. By the time I played through 30X $200($6,000 for all you mathematicians) I was at $1,800(cash balance). I cashed out $1,000 and still have $800(cash balance)in the account to mess around with. I’m an avid gambler. I have tried BetwayPA several times now and have gotten zero big wins and barely any bonuses/free spins. On the rare occasion I have gotten free spins or bonuses, the payouts have been pathetic. They have to have their win percentages much lower than other popular online casinos. I’ve played the same games on other sites and I know how they pay out with bonus games. BetwayPA is way below the others. I have deleted BetwayPA and I suggest you don’t even waste your time or money here. Go elsewhere where the wins are much better.

Had to stop registration halfway through. Now when I try to finish, it just tells me I already have a registered email, but won’t let me finish registration. I just get an error saying to finish registration. Which is what I’m trying to do, but it won’t let me do. On my PC or BetwayPA . Two emails to customer service and they completely neglect the issue and just tell me I already have an account and to log in….

I’ve never played online slots that you cannot win on. The promos doubles your deposit but then you have to wager 30x your deposit before you can cash out. So a $25 deposit gets you $19 in bonus play. But you have to wager about $1000 before you can withdraw..larger winnings during this wager timeframe then once you can collect you stop winning anything. Scam.

I want to like Betway, but BetwayPA is literally the worst in the industry. Frequently doesn’t perform well and recently was completely broken for a matter of days over football weekend. If your counting on this for your entertainment, be warned: you are likely to be more frustrated than not.

The Betway app is terrible and uses the geo guard app for locating which is terrible . I Joined for the $250 risk free bet and it took hours for me to successfully place a bet BetwayPA is useless and customer service has no clue what’s going on . I wish I never joined I recommend everyone play with a better sportsbook like BetMG

Takes way to long to issue free bet

I’ve contacted support a hand full of times, they couldn’t help me with withdrawing my money to my bank account. They are so quick and easy to take your money but can’t have or help with withdrawing funds options. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BetwayPA TO ANYONE !

Have literally spent a great amount of money and can’t say I have received anything in return. Have played other apps and they have been so much better than this with much better payouts.

Don’t waste time depositing here. If you do happen to win a little with your match you can’t withdrawal until you spend a certain wagering amount. Go somewhere else stay away.

You are the laughing stock of the sports betting community. I almost fell out of my chair laughing when you sent me an email saying "6, 7, 8, or 9-leg parlays gets you a WHOPPING extra 10% winnings" 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 This book wont last very long.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used for sports betting. Strictly used it for the promo (which is a junk promo as well) - 100% would not recommend. However I will say my payout was very quick via PayPal.

Please avoid. No bonuses or loyalty points and terrible odds. It is my hope that these online casinos will be shut down. The public was better without them.
