I am an avid gambler. And I managed to make it just over 24 hours with this casino before I requested my account be closed. Between online casinos and physical casinos I’ve participated in around 24 casinos. This is the ONLY one I’ve ever gambled with that does NOT have any sort of rewards program, or loyalty program, or any sort of points you earn for wagering that can be redeemed for free play or hotel discounts or what have you. I contacted support because I could not find anything and they just said that management monitors client accounts and will randomly send promotions to people. It just personally to me seems like the least customer friendly casino I’ve ever participated in. I wish I would have realized that before I wagered $800 but also glad I realized before I spent any more. If I’m going to spend (lose) thousands of dollars a week somewhere I would rather do it somewhere that’s going to at least award some sort of free play or something. In my opinion this casino has a lot of potential, decent slot selection. But the no rewards or customer loyalty really rubs me the wrong way and doesn’t seem like they understand how to keep people wanting to come back.

On the rare occasion I have gotten free spins or bonuses, the payouts have been pathetic. They have to have their win percentages much lower than other popular online casinos. I’ve played the same games on other sites and I know how they pay out with bonus games. This app is way below the others. I have deleted the app and I suggest you don’t even waste your time or money here. Go elsewhere where the wins are much better.

Had to stop registration halfway through. Now when I try to finish, it just tells me I already have a registered email, but won’t let me finish registration. I just get an error saying to finish registration. Which is what I’m trying to do, but it won’t let me do. On my PC or the App. Two emails to customer service and they completely neglect the issue and just tell me I already have an account and to log in….
