1 year agoThe verified me and I put money in to only two weeks later then to say they couldn't verify me wich they already have done till they got my momey. Now they won't give it back or try to verify me and stopped responding back straight crooks and thief's don't trust them it's been two and they still using my money to make th3m money. Won't even send the coin back to Coinbase where I sent it from.

1 year agoI have problem with KYC, I have uploaded original scan copy of my passport and electricity bill, however system replied the don't accept edited photos. I haven't made any edit, how comes this saying. I don't know what to do. Additionally they say there is not signature of mine in the passport, yes, it is so in our country, no need to sign, face picture is the identity, I have used this passport to verify for many systems around the world, there was no problem. I use also to travelling to different country, it is ok, but here, why? please help.

1 year agoI CAN NOT VERIFY MY IDENTITY. EVEN WITH DOCUMENTS THAT ALL HAVE THE SAME BASIC INFORMATION. SUPPORT DOESNT HELP. THEY RESPONDED IN 24 HOURS BUT IT WAS AUTOMATED. A PHINE NUMBER OR A CHAT LINE WOULD BE NICE. FIX THE AUTHENTIFICATION.

First of all, the whole point of this is so that the government can’t shut it down and is as uninvolved as possible. Requiring a hand written note, is excessive. Coin base requires KY see. So do other crypto companies. None of them require a hand written note. None of them require a bill or something with proof of address, a photo ID is usually enough. Cake should’ve thought KY see a long time ago, especially since the SEC is overreaching in their authority on crypto. At this point, I will not be a customer. Their requirements are ridiculous, making the money potentially earned not worth the price of admission and the fact that the government becomes so involved and cake is unwilling to fight this.

I put in all my info and then it wouldn’t verify my phone number. After collecting all of my personal info it doesn’t work. They are only collecting data. Do not trust. My phone number is over 20 years old and has always worked.

Cant sign up.
Tried to sign up online. It keeps pushing me to the app. When signing up on the app I get the whole “I’m not a robot/reCAPTCHA” thing. I click the checkbox and it says invalid choice. That’s it. No way around. I simply can’t sign up. I guess I’ll put my money somewhere else.
