I was looking through the website, and somehow unknowingly an order is being shipped. I didn't want an order to be put through.
My atm card was compromised so it was canceled. The new one hasn’t arrived yet. If you could hold my order until next week I should have my new card number for you
When tryin to sign into the phone app. it says,"Request failed. Try again in 5 seconds." Tried multiple times this month and last month. Signed in on my laptop just fine.
Unable to log in, white screen

Not connecting. Stuck on white loading screen
There's a "lag" within the app. Not sensing the screen touch. The apps in my phone respond normally when I'm accessing or navigating through the app.
