Repeated request to close the account. Many request that the instructions provided to cancel the account do not work. I have given you what the account name is and continued delay to identify the account and cancel it.
I had did a yearly prescription last year and I never used the app. the app is still on my phone for Google pay automatically renewed my subscription. I'm trying to log into the app and I cannot log into the app and I paid $59.99 and I cannot call nobody or talk to nobody in Google pay. I sent Dr. kieger an email about 2 weeks ago and they said they was going to respond but never responded back. it is really bad business that I cannot contact the company and get my refund or either get the app to work. I wanted to try it out since I didn't try it out the first year but I can't even log in.
It said card was declined, but still got charged and I don’t have the app. ???
Charged 3 times and and was told card was declined. Then chat wanted to charge me $1 for assstance
I got a new phone and the app won’t work! It look like it’s going to work then switches to the pay page I hit restore and it does nothing!!! I payed in full for a year!!

So i had come across your app via instagram, and I downloaded it to give it a try. I have opted for one week subscription whichever was roughly $9.99 and when i checked my bank account statement you guys have charged for one Year subscription. How is that even possible, so i went to my subscription in settings and checked it and tried to cancel your subscription. Idk why you charged me for one year at the first place, when i opted for one week subscription. And there’s no refund from you guys either. There is no support option in the app where i can address my issue, so i have to write here. Idk if my money would be refunded or not, but definitely you guys need to look in this issue and stop charging people wrong subscription fees. Plus no support page to reach you, definitely not a good experience.

I would like to start off with saying anything they put on this app is public knowledge . I know this because I am taking a EMT class plus I live with a guy who goes to Med school . So with that being said don’t get the app it’s a waste of time . Might as well read mens magazines or buy a book and use your phone as a timer . Anyone can make a app these days a fake reviews all you need it money and how to use a phone. If you get this app and it rips you off you are the idiot simple !
Like dating apps these days they do whatever they can to make you pay for their so called service. The people making the app will do whatever they can To manipulate you into thinking they are doing a service . Typical deflection method haha with is very none in the sales world .

At first I was thinking that this app was a godsend. Only to find out that. It’s a scam. I completed my daily goal and the app instantly stopped working. Then every time that I would try to open it again, only thing that would happen was that the icon would pop up with the buffering symbol then as briefly as it happens I am reverted back to the my Home Screen on my iPhone. So like anyone who has ever had a faulty app. I made sure that it was backed up and I deleted the app. Only to download it again. Not only did they make fill out the initial questions all over it tried to charge me again for my yearly subscription. Then they had a second option of restoring my payment. Guess what....it cut right off again. WTH!
