I can no longer get into the app to fix my problem. I've tried for 1 week and it won't let me in because I can't remember my password. I would like for you to.just delete my account in it's entirety, (completely please) and I will register it again as if it's the 1st time. The order number is 112-0213044-2443454. It is a G10 with 2700Pa. Thank you in advance.
