I got this phone for my daughter this Christmas. She and I were very excited to text each other and family on KidiComChat only to not be able to get in KidiComChat ! I was charged 0.54 cents as a way to verify I am an adult. Once I was verified as her parent KidiComChat will not allow me to give my daughter consent to text. It keeps saying login failed ! Even when I am putting in the correct password and email. I have reset the password over 5 times and I get the same login failed message ! This is very disappointing
I’ve been trying to connect this thing since 3 days ago and it doesn’t not let me log in. I paid the .50 to verify I’m an adult and it still doesn’t let me login.
