Can you set up incoming message notifications on child's Kidicom 3.0
The text messaging on the phone works but there is a delay. It sometimes takes 2 hours or more for the message to go through. (Not a wifi issue). Also the notifications do not work.
Error code 106 and my internet is workin fine. Cannot connect to kiddiconnect

Error Code 106. Their server is probably down. The website etc offers no way to confirm.

Device is not allowing me to log in
When I try to record a video to send on KidiCom Chat, it says at the bottom "Less than 1s" What does that mean and why can't I record any videos??
kidicom chat werkt niet op de kidicom advance 3.0
I sent a request to chat with my daughter but never received an email.
It keeps crashing and says connection failure.
Most of the photo special effects/filters will not work on the kidicom advance 3.0. When i select the filter it dosnt show up. They all work fine on my amdroid and can be recieved by the kidicom device. How do i get all of the filters to work on the device please?
On my childs device the kidicom chat will not load, comes up with the blue page and chat icon then after about 30 seconds turns back to home screen again. How can I get it to work
The camera will not face me on the app. When I tap the camera to face me the light icon lights up that's right above it
Kidicom advanced keeps freezing and not working properly and the chat does not work iv tried downloading it on my phone it says no Internet yet my Internet is fine the app also doesn't qork on the phone and now it keeps turning itself on and off, Honestly worst kids phone ever!!
I have been trying to open the Kidicom chat app on my daughter's kidibuzz 3, and it keeps saying connection failed. We have been trying for a couple months now and it will not work.
I'm trying to sign up to for "Learning Lodge" on KidiCom Chat so I can chat with my friend's daughter. When trying to create a password for my login, the app keeps rejecting my passwords, even when they meet the criteria specified (!). How do I get the app to accept my password?
Kidicom Chat app would not send my messages to my daughter - i logged out hoping I could easily sign back in again, but it now won't let me back in again, the Forgot Password link isn't working properly, it asks for me to enter the characters shown in the box, yet the box is empty (tried about a billion times). Daughter and I are very frustrated about this - is there a fix please???
The chat app has not been working on my daughters kidicom advance 3.0 for a while I’ve tried to reboot the phone and nothing is happening it opens to a white screen or a message saying connection failed
