Application is tracking 1 number from 5 only. Sent many messages to support but unfortunately no answers.

I have two numbers on WaLogger. One is sending notifications. The other is not and has been like this since this morning. I am checking WhatsApp and they are going online through the day but no notification on WaLogger coming thorough. I’ve paid for this for a while now and I do not want to cancel it.

Not tracking being in line for the past 9 hours. Even when contacts are online

It sang been working for about 3 days. Just on and off and not accurate at all either. It stopped working again today about 2 hours ago

For a phone number I've added a couple of monts back, the app showed the online activity for today. When I clicked on the number to see the activity details, there is nothing in it, but the app still shows the last login as today. No idea what's happening.
