Force Stop the Prime Shield App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Prime Shield app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Prime Shield to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Prime Shield App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Prime Shield app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Prime Shield.

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
