What is TAC Verif? TAC Verif is a mobile application developed by IN Groupe for the French government. It is used to verify French and European health certificates, including the EU Digital Covid Certificate (EU-DCC). The app can be used offline, without the need for an internet connection, but it requires periodic synchronization to ensure it has the latest version of each certificate. The app is only available to certain professions listed in the decree n° 2022-1097 of July 30, 2022.

The QC code reader for TACVerif is much too large and will not automatically resize to read my QC code or my barcode on my Vaccination Card.

This is TACVerif for CHECKING a QR code. It is NOT TACVerif for storing your own code. That is TousAntiCovid.
Now the review: it works well when it’s updated. However I have run into some people is tiny villages who installed it a long time ago and have not got the current version. In this case it can say that a code is invalid, when it’s not. I think TACVerif should time out and force a check for an update after some delay (a few days, a week).
