I have a problem with Realize

Hi! I’m trying to log in for the first time but when I’ve entered my phone number and press next nothing happens. What can I do to log in?

To resolve Realize network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Realize App
1. On android, goto Settings » Realize » click [Force Stop]

Clear Realize App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Realize » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Realize.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Realize » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Realize » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Realize
