IPad iOS — Many sites do not connect to the this app wallet app. Instead, some open a this app website window in the browser, which will not connect to one’s wallet in this instance. Until a few weeks ago, the in-app browser was fine and the only way to connect the wallet to some sites. However—now—when attempting to use the in-app browser, the screen goes black and it is necessary to clear Coin98 from the cache and reopen it. (attempted in iOS 14, then on the update to 15.1) I can log into my wallet on the this app website, but it displays a zero balance there—that’s another problem.
Therefore, sites where one has coins staked, or farmed—that you can only connect with using the in-app browser—are inaccessible. This is rather unfortunate.
I contacted their customer support via the this app website, and only received the reply that they received it.
It appears this app may be more Google friendly. There is a this app Chrome extension, but not one I can find for an alternative Mac OS browser. I will temporarily go to the dark side and download Chrome, install the this app extension, and see if I can get out via that pride-swallowing route.
Having transferred out what I could, without needing the browser, I look forward to finding a way to completely exit this app–and regret we were ever introduced.
Their chrome extension is missing features they say is only available in the mobile wallet. However after multiple attempts and an hour on with the support on their site. Can’t import a wallet. App just hangs. It’s incredibly buggy.
I used this app defi browser on my iPad all the time. It used to be greatl Just updated Coin98 . Now defi browser it’s replaced by terminal which has none of the previously functionality? This makes it unusable. How do I use this as a browser? Wallet connect Is not an option for half of the dexs
I wrote how Coin98 has amazing potential but falls short. Trust wallet, SafePal, MetaMask all superior wallets. This wallet hides half of the coins in my wallet, then randomly will hide the other half when revealing the others. Pretty odd bugs, they use to offer online support now they don’t.
Keeps crashing on multiple dao apps that worked prior to latest update. Please fix!!
Love the features and good lay out, but I have an issue with Coin98 for 1 reason. When staked coins are in the wallet it doesn’t update the total value and reward amount of the front page only what you either physically put in or took out. But when you click on the coins wallet it then shows you the true amount you have staked. That’s the only thing I don’t like. Also would be awesome if they had a all black theme I hate gold. But that’s just personal preference.
But when I do it means that it’s an app that I cannot recommend to enough people. Everybody needs to get Coin98. Thank you 👨💻

Supports pretty much every blockchain. Totally replaced my trust wallet which after an update became useless removing dapp browser from it. Great work this app!
