I downloaded OldSpaghettiFactory because I received a coupon that claimed I could get a free garlic cheese bread with my next purchase if I did. It took several hours for the free item to show up on OldSpaghettiFactory so we did not get it with this order. The restaurant refused to honor the coupon or help figure out why we hadn’t gotten one. When it did finally arrive it was difficult to figure out how to use it since it wasn’t like redeeming all other rewards in OldSpaghettiFactory . Now we have 30 days to use it which we probably won’t since OSF has gotten so much more expensive lately. I feel like this was probably the scam the whole time. I deleted OldSpaghettiFactory because I feel tricked into downloading it in the first place.

My husband and I go to Spaghetti Factory 2-3 times a month. We order the managers special one time and the next time we get the Crab Ravioli. We love both of those dishes. The waitresses and waiters are the best! They are very friendly and great service. Our meals are faster to receive than most restaurants.

Occasionally when brands release applications they miss on necessary features, but this is fantastic. The ordering experience worked great and it was awesome reading about the history of a great collection of restaurants.

The food was good, served hot & delicious. We don’t understand why the only gluten free pasta was rotini pasta, gluten free spaghetti wasn’t available. Not sure what’s up with that! GF spaghetti is available everywhere, so why doesn’t Old Spaghetti Factory not have any to serve their gluten free patrons?? Hope this is fixed before our next visit!!

Jazmin was very polite and cheerful. I would return without a doubt. She also helped us navigate through all the electronic stuff while still keeping on top of her orders.

First timer and the food and service were exceptional! We will definitely be back with the kiddos:)

The Spaghetti Factory is one of our favorite places to eat. The food is always spot on. Staff is friendly and quick.

Server/ bartender Kacie and managers Brian and Amber were awesome! They provided us with excellent service! The food was delicious!! I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my family and friends!

Mizithra garlic with bacon and mushrooms was great!!

Hubby had manager’s special with meat sauce and mizithra and he really enjoyed the food too.

I’m so happy this is the only place I know of with complementary refills on milk. Yum

Restaurant flyer says download OldSpaghettiFactory and get a free garlic cheese bread. No one in the restaurant including the manager knows anything about that free garlic cheese bread. They just want you to download and give them your name, email, phone number, access to apple login or gmail login. This place is a hot mess and the restaurant is 2 out of 5 stars at best.

First time to eat here. We stopped in for lunch. The Sicilian garlic cheese bread we had for an appetizer. Jumbo crab ravioli was delicious. Our waiter Victor was wonderful. We will be back.

Thier staff is alway very nice and attentive. Food is also always good. Love going to the Downtown Fullerton location.

This has to be hands down THE BEST way to order Spaghetti. It’s changing my life everyday.

OldSpaghettiFactory is a huge step backward from the previous online ordering. There is no access to the gluten free menu. Now have to order by phone. Easier to go somewhere else now.

I tried to use the coupon redemption code for free garlic bread for being a new user and it failed to process in OldSpaghettiFactory . Tried applying the code and entering the code number. I ended up calling the location and they were unable to provide a solution that allowed me to use the “to-go” pick up designations which is my preferred method during pandemic as omicron is surging in our area. The person who helped me seemed annoyed that they had to assist me and I didn’t feel heard as a customer.
