2 years agoYour reward policy does not stand up to your terms. I have over $100.00 in purchases and not one receipt will register for the rewards. I have chosen OSF for bimonthly meetings in Vancouver, Washington so we are bringing you great business through the Full Gospel Business Men meetings including our meeting tonight. Also the rewards program promised Sicilian bread twice which we never received and numerous other amenities. If we are loyal to you in promoting your business it is savvy to reward back your consistent entrepreneurs. Respectfully yours, Captain Milton Alvarez.

Not what is says
Restaurant flyer says download the app and get a free garlic cheese bread. No one in the restaurant including the manager knows anything about that free garlic cheese bread. They just want you to download and give them your name, email, phone number, access to apple login or gmail login. This place is a hot mess and the restaurant is 2 out of 5 stars at best.

I downloaded the app because I received a coupon that claimed I could get a free garlic cheese bread with my next purchase if I did. It took several hours for the free item to show up on the app so we did not get it with this order. The restaurant refused to honor the coupon or help figure out why we hadn’t gotten one. When it did finally arrive it was difficult to figure out how to use it since it wasn’t like redeeming all other rewards in the app. Now we have 30 days to use it which we probably won’t since OSF has gotten so much more expensive lately. I feel like this was probably the scam the whole time. I deleted the app because I feel tricked into downloading it in the first place.

Good food but no gluten free spaghetti?!?!
The food was good, served hot & delicious. We don’t understand why the only gluten free pasta was rotini pasta, gluten free spaghetti wasn’t available. Not sure what’s up with that! GF spaghetti is available everywhere, so why doesn’t Old Spaghetti Factory not have any to serve their gluten free patrons?? Hope this is fixed before our next visit!!
